Never had a big problem with the food. It's hot and tasty when we get it.BUT the past 2 times we have tried to order food online (to get the domino points) it ishorrible. It seems to be an ongoing thing as well after ready others reviews.1st time was week ago or so. My husband was wanting a Brooklyn style pizza. Ordered online and it took money from our account, even said at the end "making your order"Got a call about 10 - 15 min later saying they didn't have a driver. So he had to get dressed and go get the pizza. I don't think the delivery was taken off either. I know it's only 5$ but still not the point.Then today 6/12/22 I told my husband to call and see if they have a driver. He called no one answered then we got sent to a third party saying "yeah that store is open let me connect you to them" before we could say anything we got sent back to the store.Again waiting for about 10 min so we hung up. Ordered online, took the points, and our payment, said making your order.Then 10 min later our order was canceled.We called the number again this time it says.. we see you placed an online order with us, our store is currently closed try back again when we are open. Thank you.So we got screwedUgh no domino's for us anymore
I ordered online. An hour later it still said it was in prep. I tried to call but but after 15 minutes with no response, I drove over and found one poor girl being the ONLY person there. She was working as fast as she could but I was one of 10 people inside waiting to be waited on. The delivery guy came in and I am guessing he was the only drive tonight. He started waiting on people. I asked him were they were on my order and he said it was in works. I asked if they had started it yet and he said no. So I had him cancel my order. I told him that poor girl has too much on her plate right now. I drove across the street to Pizza Hut. No wait. Sufficient number of staff members to help as well.Who ever manages this store, What would leave the place open when you don't have the staff to work. By doing this you have put your store in a bad light. Very disappointed.
Overall i’ve never really had a problems with dominos. The food was hot and ready but when i went to take a bite i saw a fingernail. I lost my appetite but be aware. I have no bad feelings towards dominos. The order did take a bit long but nothing i couldn’t wait for. i’m just grossed out by a fingernail on my pizza.
VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am NOT happy! We spent over $3,000 at THIS EXACT LOCAL CHAIN in 2021. Pretty close to $1000 so far this year… Tried to place my order on the app like we always do, got a message saying “Checkout failed”, so I try another card, same message… I KNOW I have money.. So I call the # it gave me on the error message.. i confirmed and It’s this location in Noblesville - A lady told me she’s going to check if my order actually went through before taking my order over the phone, she lets me know she’s putting me on hold for approx 1 min, no problem… 45-60 sec later, literally!! Another lady got on the phone and says “This location is closed”. I said “Excuse me? I was literally JUST talking to another lady… she was happy to take my order.” She proceeded with they are closed. Ok fine- I’m mad now.. So, I call back… that same lady answers, I said “Are you the one that just told me this location is closed? But now you’re taking orders? That’s weird!” She replies “There are only 2 of us here!!!” Almost yelling… I came back with “So do you want to explain why you lied to me??” She was silent.. I asked for her manager.. she started stuttering saying who knows what.. I again said, Manager Please! She shouted “I am the Manager!” Literally yelling at me.. I let her know this location has lost a very very very good customer… I will not spend another dime there. I get it.. short staffed, prob super busy.. totally understand.. BUT it’s the lying and the extreme amount of ubprofassionslism for me!
I’ve been a loyal customer of Dominos, as far back as 1984 back when they guaranteed your order delivered in an hour or your pizza was free. Things sure have changed. I’ve been trying to redeem my free pizza via the app with no option for delivery. So, I call in my order and I am told they can not redeem my free pizza over the phone. I’ve been patient and understanding for also a year and continue to order over the phone and not receiving any credits for my order to get a free additional pizza, and the inability to redeem the free pizza I already earned. I am done already gonna delete the dominoes app and if you are smart you’d delete it too. Do not order from this place, and I mean for any or all dominoes. What a rip off. Call Pizza Hut or any other venue to order your pizzas.
Not sure the reason but every time I call this dominoes they are closed or they’re closing early and nobody ever updates the website for the times. It’s just straight ridiculous. Not even sure how they even stay in business. Drove up there to order pizza at the window up we’re closing early tonight we don’t have anybody to work. This is happened multiple times as well I could see happen maybe once or twice but I can count at least 5×6 times I guess that I’ve had this issue. Hopefully somebody takes over this store and gets it up to par because I really enjoy the app and order in online.
Called and no one answered, placed an online order and nothing was received. Unfortunately, I was left hungry. My mother was in the hospital down the street dying of COPD from years of smoking cigarettes and bad decisions, but my golly. I wish I could have eaten tonight. Now I’ll be starved as my mother lay lifeless in the hospital but a block away. Perhaps I could get over the loss of my mother with a full time employee salary of free dominoes. Anything less would be considered a 1 star in my opinion. Thank you.
website did not work placing my delivery order, after about 10 minutes I called the number twice, on hold for 10 minutes both times. called other location 3 miles away and was out of their delivery range. Spent about 40 minutes trying to figure this all out and gave up. finally went to this store. front door was locked at 8:30 so we had to use the drive through. After the 10 minute drive, we waited around 20 minutes for our pizza in the car. All in all, wasted over an hour and 15 minutes trying to get 2 pizzas that should've taken 10 minutes to order and a little longer to be delivered. The military discount ALMOST made up for the wasted time. probably will not be coming back to this location again.
Absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Dough was raw. The cheese dip was burnt to the dish and had so much oil on in it I had to drain it off before I could see the cheese that I couldn't even eat. This is not the first bad order but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Wrong move on my part. Never ordering from Dominos again. Overpriced and underwhelming.
