This is the epitome of a hometown DQ. Nothing fancy but just right, run by good local folks.Just be careful because people will illegally cut the light driving dangerously through the lot. This is no reflection on this store, just be careful on the lot.
This location used to serve more quality food and service. I understand the work shortage and costs of goods so we're more lientant and understandable. It seems one gets smaller portions at a higher costs and the employees at times act as if they don't want to be there but maybe it's because they're exhausted from the abundance of cars and lack of help. Nonetheless, we still attend, break the bank to get out family a cold treat, and enjoy it still.

They charge$1.99 for a pup cup!! What a joke! If I can give minus 10 I would. Lady inside is always rude also!
This location is so frustrating to say the least…. I tried to order a slushy with real strawberries, you know the strawberry topping they use for the sundaes??? The guy at the drive thru was arguing with me and said that they can’t make it like that. They don’t have a strawberry flavor it was strawberry kiwi. I said no, they always make it for me here, use the strawberry topping for the sundaes. He proceeded to argue with me for about 5 minutes until there was silence. He finally caved in and said he would try to make it like how I asked. They really need to properly train employees on how to make products and on how to deal with customers.

The employee was nice but she said they don't carry grape Mr Misty's anymore. That is the only flavor I like
Rude staff. Little to no sense of customer service and professionalism. I asked if I could change my cake order and because the original had already been made the answer was no without hesitation. Clearly the manager needed someone to take out their mood on as despite my best efforts to apologize for the inconvenience regardless, the attitude was rediculous. Expected me to pay $30 for a cake I didn't want. The original being a drop in the bucket of dairy queena pockets.
My deepest apologies for the previous post I took the wrong Dairy Queen this Dairy Queen had very great service was prompt through the drive-thru and I sincerely enjoyed the hot fudge sundae that I had gotten thank you so much
