I have not compared their menu to other DQ's in the area, but I feel like the pricing is WAY high at this DQ.
They got my order wrong. When I pointed it out I was told sorry but take what we give you. They then tried to smash flat lids, my request for tall lids was ignored, on top of the blizzards that I was forced to take and they promptly overflowed. I then requested a cup holder to prevent the overflow from soiling my seats and floor mats. Not a good experience.
After I left work I went to Dairy Queen in Lawrence went through the drive-thru. The employees were very attentive and quick to get my order to me pulling in in ordering pulling out of the drive-thru within 8 minutes. On my way home I was able to enjoy my ice cream and I would definitely definitely return to the same one any other time buy ice cream or custard the employees were outstanding and their very respectful and kind I would definitely give him over five star
Since the new owners have taken over this place is running well. Speed of service has gotten much better. The food is served at the right temperatures. The owner can be found working often and the staff are all very friendly.
There are 3 Dairy Queen’s within a 5 mile radius of me and this one is the worst. I order the same thing every time… Oreo mocha fudge blizzard and this DQ will get it wrong almost every time. I politely send it back (through the drive through) just to get the same wrong blizzard, back.Today there wasn’t any mocha flavor (which is why I order this particular blizzard) and kindly asked to have more mocha flavor added. It was handed back with barely a drop of mocha added only on top. Terrible.I like this Dq because it is the closest/ more convenient to go to. Initially, I thought maybe it was just new workers or just an accident/mix up. It’s clear, after today, the workers just are careless. Ill definitely drive the extra 5 miles to get the correct order from now on.Although, I will say, the lady that usually works the drive thru window is very cheerful and courteous. She is the reason for me giving two stars and not one.
Clean store, warm bathrooms and a changing table in womens bathroom.Fries were very salty, like a whole tub of salt poured on it. They don’t offer the traditional large sauce packets, they are in cups they divide themselves.Service was attentive. Clean tables.
It's the McDonald's from back in the day. I highly recommend Dairy Queen if you want McDonald's size grilled patty at a reasonable price. (If you don't like McD's or BK try this place.)
This is by fair the worst Dairy Queen I have been to. Very very unprofessional. Every worker was less than 21 years old which is fine other then the fact that they were very immature. There were 6 of them on duty. 1 was making food the others were messing around, throwing customer food too each other, and not respectful to customers. The food quality was very bad. It was cold when it was given to me and they got the order wrong. This location definitely needs new management and people that actually want to work. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
Didn't receive all food ordered and what i did receive was nearly inedible. Disgusting.
Just ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. Tenders were at the temperature as if they had been sitting for a long time, rotary was not cooked, and when I got my onion rings, there were only 4!! I was also not given gravy like it shows in the picture which is a little misleading. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with DQ.
