My husband and I stopped in here after leaving Riverview Hospital. The young girl (Leah) that waited on us was very rude. She slammed our cups down on the counter and was upset at my husband because he got a single deluxe instead of a double. The noise from behind the counter was so loud. We've never had a bad experience at Culvers but today made us to not want to return to this location.
POOR SERVICE TODAY 5/1/2022.Hhad call and specifically asked if we are to come In or go thru the drive thru to pick up our order, the employee responded either. Placed an order and was asked how soon, I responded 15 minutes, call ended at 6:41. We arrived at approximately 6:55. Went to the drive thru, announced we were to pick up an order; instructed to pull forward. At the window the clerk called another to ring up our order, they returned and placed a tag with our order name on the mirror. At approximately 7:25 my son called to one of the delivery staff to ask them to check on our order. He returned with the order, I had requested the pot roast dinner (which should have included a dinner roll, broccoli and mashed potatoes) and chili. The staff mentioned chicken soup so we left at that point. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ORDER. When we got home, no soup, no vegetable, no dinner roll but an extra mashed potato and no gravy. My son's order was OK. Suggest Do Not Call In An Order unless you go I side to pick up. The wait would have been a lot shorter if we would have just ordered when we drove up, too it would have been hot nit lukewarm.
How you get 2 sandwiches with only the bottom bun each is beyond me. The product photo shows 2 buns so it’s not a special deal. Delicious fish though.
I love how clean this restaurant is as well as the kindness of the staff. The receipt has the names of the two fine individuals responsible for this location, so I feel like they care about doing a good job along with their workers. For American comfort food, this is the place to go in Noblesville.
Wow what an experience at Culver'sNoblesville today. I called and ask for the manager the young lady got on the phone and said she was the manager never tried to make the situation better or nothing she shouldn't be a manager. Completely garbage The Banana Splits was the worst I've ever had in my life. Thank God I told them no nuts because they wanted to charge $2 more for them$0.30 for tomatoes and you go to Burger King to get lettuce and tomato for free Culver"s is a joke.I rather go to Dairy Queen at least you know what you're paying for and how much it's going to cost and you can get pup cups there for $0.50
Tonight was not the greatest for Culver's. Normally they have great food, but tonight the onion rings were over cooked, and my rubin sandwich was soggy from waiting for our to go order. They gave us our hot fudge sundae before the food so it melted while waiting on food. Not their normal thing.
Great cod. Waited at seat for 19 minutes, said to Jessica, hey, I've been here for about 20 minutes, she said let me check. She went to counter....came back, they didn't see your number...

19 mins for 1 plate of food. And then the cup was so thin that just holding it there was too much weight and ripped a whole in the side... And soda went all over the table and bench.A week ago I was there at lunch time. The 3 plates of food was at our table in 5-7 mins. Completely different experience....
