The server was sweet and did her best, but the food was slow, incorrect, and not good. We both had items that we requested missing from our burgers, the fries were overdone, brown, and greasy. I picked out the few that weren't as brown and left the rest. The chips were plentiful, but very greasy, and both baskets contained clumps of chips that were still soft/limp/not fried.All in all, not the best Chili's experience.
Super inattentive. I was seated on a Monday to a very empty restaurant. Then it took forever for my server to show up. They apologized for my wait, but food was subpar and then they never brought the check/checked on me - eventually I paid from the kiosk and left.
Sadly, I've only ever had 1 decent meal here. This last visit was a disaster. We came in as a group of 5. We got our meals sporadically and mine came well after everybody else had started eating. They forgot my fries and then suddenly I had 4 orders of fries. One waitress had no idea what the other one was doing? It was a circus.
Enjoyed the Margarita special. Server was very nice. Sat in the bar. Had to wait 20 min due to only one bartender so did not allow to even sit in, just waited outside. Still suffering from low employement.
the person responsible for attending the pick up at the Chillis restaurant was very rude, I just wanted to know how long the order could be ready (I already had 10 minutes waiting) since I couldn't waste much time because I had another order with me to deliver and the The girl spoke to me in a loud and insistent tone that if my order was not in the pick up, they were preparing it. she was very rude that girl to me!!!
Took grandkids here at their request. Has good standard kids options. All meals were moderately priced. At lunch time it was busy and did have to ask to be seated. The kids enjoyed their meals more than the adults...so made for a pleasant lunch.
The food was delicious, took my son in for a special birthday dinner. I'm a reward member and remember mentioning to the waitresses it was his birthday. Sure wish they would have reminded me about the rewards members get free Birthday dessert!!!
We just walked in, and the restaurant wasn't busy. 4 tables in the bar area and 3 or 4 in the general area. There was no one at the hostess booth to seat us. I know 5 workers made eye contact with us, 1 even walked right past us twice. Not 1 of them said a word or sent anyone else to greet us. After 10 minutes of awkwardly standing there, we left. Safe to say we won't back. If none of the employees will even say a word to us to greet us, I can only imagine what the rest of the service is like.
This place was so severely understaffed we had to leave. We waited at least 10 minutes at the door, were never greeted, and when we finally got the hostess we were told there would be more of a wait. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time for it that day. I definitely get that times are tough, but at least say hello and sorry about the wait. I would expect more from a chain/corporate restaurant.
These were my Texas Cheese fries I paid extra for. Burnt cheese, no bacon, no jalapeno, no green onion. When I called the manager she was rude, said the employees are new, talk to doordash- awesome managerial skills
