Very rarely do I go here and each time there is something wrong with my order.Last night, I ordered a chicken sandwich, drove home, then found out they had forgotten to add the chicken!Ended up adding my own frozen veggie burger to it since they at least gave me the buns, lettuce, and tomato. I do not plan on going back here.
I went inside for the first time tonight, anf they were struggling. They forgot our drinks, and before we left, I ordered my fiance something to go (he was at home). It took over 25-30 mins to get one 12 nugget meal w Coke. AND GUESS WHAT!?!? THEY STILL DESERVE 5 STARS!!!! If I could give them more stars, I would! They "struggled" Yes, but they were all trying so hard to get everything done. It was super crowded inside and 100 times worse in drive thru. Yet, these kids were just the sweetest, most polite kids I have ever seen, and they went above and beyond trying to make everyone happy. The manager (who was an angel) started handing out free sandwich coupons to everyone waiting. I hope I made her understand that she was doing an amazing job, AND THATS THE WHOLE POINT! As a customer, I don't care how they act when everything is going right, i want to see you wheb everything is falling apart. That's when you get to see a persons real soul come out. You can't fake that. Stuff like this happens to the best of us at work. I feel like they handled it better than most adults ever could. There were a few upset customers(smdh), but not one of those kids or manager, ever broke their smile. They were so kind, regardless how some of these customers were talking to them. It made me EXTREMELY PROUD, and I didn't even know them. It also made me a customer for life?Thank you ?Chick-fil-A?
Whenever they're busy, it seems like only one person is doing the work while everyone else is having a party. There are no staffing issues, just work ethic issues. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food. 30 minutes. And there was no apology, nothing for how long we had to wait for chicken, the main thing on the menu. Poor customer service.Update: the food wasn't even hot.
The drive thru was not busy at this location at the time which is great for a chick-fil-A location. I ordered quickly, but had to wait 10 minutes to get my order. When I returned to Hare Chevrolet where they were working on my car I discovered that I got a 12 piece nugget not a 4 strip meal. I have been to several other locations and I have never had this happen. Very disappointed in this location.
SO close to a five star review!! The line is wrapped around the building and goes super quick thanks to all the elves running around the cars taking orders. The problem is… there’s no MENU. I am here often enough that I love coming, but not often enough to have the menu memorized. I suggested they put a menu board BEFORE the area where they take your order. One worker said I’m the third person to suggest that just today. Instead, I was handed a scudsy laminated menu and a line of cars inching impatiently toward me. For a company that excels in efficiency, I think a menu (or two) posted permanently would be smart.
Love the food, but when I order a 4 piece tender I really meant 4 not 3? Oh but I paid for 4 ??♀️. Next time will check my order before pulling away.
I love this place. The food is delicious and the people are always fantastic. My ONLY reason for 4 stars is this. The last 3 times I've been here to eat something has been messed up with my order. I need to do a better job checking before I pull away, but in the past they've been so good. I'm always short an item, or it's the wrong size, or I get a sweet tea instead of an unsweet. I'll continue to go because as I said, I love this place. They've just got a little sloppy of late.
After waiting 27 minutes in line I was asked To park. Ok? Waited about 7 minutes, seen other cars park and leave so I called the store. They lost my food. She apologized and a few moments later this sweet understanding young lady brought me my bag. Get around the corner and open my food to This… Absolutely disgusted. My minis were all Wadded up, the chicken wasn’t even placed on the bread. There wasn’t even enough chicken for Each mini. Where is the high level top notch standards this morning? Highly disappointed!
All employees here are fantastic but I do want to point out one individual particularly. Judah is truly amazing, he is very kind, funny and personal able. He makes you want to be a regular. You truly have a great employee in Judah.
This is my second time going and the people that help me are not very nice. Ashley was the one who took my order this last time and she wa very rude. I asked for a 4 peace chicken strips and Buffalo and ranch sauce. I got a chicken sandwich with none of the sauces. She just said have a good day when I was done (not in a nice way) and gave me no total. I love going to Chick-fil-A not only for the yummy food but for the great service. Sucks that I didn’t get what I wanted and the girl wasn’t very nice!
