Bella, what happened? You used to be my all time favorite! Last 2 times the crust was thicker, like a million other places here. Fine, but not remotely NY style
Having moved from NYC in June we have been searching for pizza that holds up to the standard we are used to. So far Bella has been the closest to that home feeling. I ordered pickup and everyone was friendly when I walked in to check if my order was ready. The women behind the counter were very busy but on top of their orders. I'm looking forward to trying some of their specialty pies next.
They have an amazingly friendly staff. The team was more than patient with me picking up my Door Dash order a few minutes after they were close. Great team and great food!
We visit this place a lot, and we have never had a bad experience! The employees are always very friendly and helpful and the food is always great!
Noblesville, IN store at HTC - Better than average pizza for midwest. Not up to east coast (NJ / NY) pizza standards/quality for taste and size. Better off paying for extra ingredients since they are sparse. Just ordered an X-Large margarita pizza - very little tomato and basil and barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. I was 15 min early to pick up my pizza and it wasn’t hot - seemed like it was re-heated. Stromboli and calzones have always been very good.
I wish I could give no stars. We went a couple weeks ago and got great service. Tonight was a different story. We got there and ordered for my daughter and myself. Within 5 min my daughters food came out. At this point we are still the only people inside the store with at least 6 workers. Once my daughter finished her food I went to ask about my order, 20 min from ordering. I was confronted and asked my receipt. Really the only people in here... ok. She goes to check and returns to say yours just went in the oven.... umm 20 min after ordering and it's just been set in the oven. They said they were busy with delivery orders. Manager just shrugged his shoulders at me. Absolute worst customer service experience!

We happened to be heading back to Indy on I-69 and we needed a few things so shopped at the Hamilton Town Center. Lunch was in the air and we landed at the outdoor food court and decided to continue our search for exemplary pizza . Well, we finally had some very good pizza. It is NY style pizza, large slices and warmed up to order. We opted for a couple of the Combo #2s at around $7.50 each with a small salad, soda and a slice of pizza of our choice. My partner went with the margherita slice and I went with the supreme. Both were superb with just the right crust thickness, a slight crunch on bottom and done all the way through . The margherita had distinct garlic overtones along with the tomatoes and cheese. The supreme has green peppers , mushroom and pepperoni. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese. These slices' ingredients were fully integrated and each bite was wonderful. So many pizzas are prepared and come out like you're eating a pizza crust with toppings that seem like they are a separate dimension to the crust. These were a perfect balance of crust thickness , sauce and toppings. Highly recommend this pizza .
