Well it says 11:00 is when it opens but 11:30 is when they open the door. We sat at the bar and were the only ones there so the service was great. There was a younger girl employee that was arguing with an older man manager where she should've been told to just go home. The oriental salad was good.

We came in on a Tuesday early afternoon barely any customers. We stood at the door 3 to 4 minutes then a server came out of the kitchen told us she could not get to us for at least 15 minutes. She stated she was the only server and they only had one guy in the back. So we started to leave. She got very short and was shouting from across the restaurant that it wasn’t her fault. We were not rude or even visibly upset we were just leaving and she acted like we were upset! Then she flip the bird. Happened on 7/5/22

Went to the Noblesville store and waited 15 to be seated and NO one came to greet us and seat us. Only one server and no bartender or manager out on the floor. Very sad and poor customer service ?

When we arrived we had a party of 7. Granted it was Father's Day, but they weren't very busy... we stood around for about 10-15 minutes not really sure what they were doing. They finally got us sat, and from there it was pretty standard. Our server kind of forgot about us after we got our food but over all it was a decent experience for what it was.

All in all a great experience. Our waitress was awesome and the food was outstanding. One of the best Applebee's we have ever been to and we have been to many in the span of 27 years. We'll done

Bad service. Ordered a shark bowl alcoholic drink didn’t even taste like it had alcohol in it. ordered a steak was it cooked to how asked. Iced tea wasn’t sweet enough. Won’t be going back

So I ordered food for my husband and I to go, while I was in for dinner with my sister back in February. My husband and I were eating the food for lunch the next day when he bit down on a piece of glass. I contacted the restaurant immediately.The manager called me to apologize and I sent him a picture of what we found in our food. Told him we got lucky our little one didn’t get hurt since we always give her what we’re eating so she tries new thing. He was very understanding. I have worked in the food industry so I know this can happen- just gotta make it right. He said he’d email us a gift card for the inconvenience. I gave him my email and he had my number.Fast forward to now. It’s been almost 2 months and every time I contact the manager to remind him of the gift card, he’s always- out of town, not in the restaurant, will resend it or ignore my texts.Completely unacceptable.

Walked in, no signs to seat yourself or anything, so we waited patiently for someone to come seat us. Many servers saw us but never said a word to us. Finally after waiting for about 10 mins we walked out. They lost our business.

We came here during the week for dinner. It was barely crowded with plenty of seating. Our server was on the slow side but friendly. We ordered an app of onion rings. It came out pretty fast. They weren’t that great thou. The breading was crumbly and they served it with ketchup, ugh…. I ordered the four cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken tenders. It took a while for the food to come out. It was hot but not great by any means. The pasta was mushy the tenders were way overcooked, hard and dry, and the sauce was runny and extremely greasy!!! It was full of grease!! The sweet tea wasn’t anything memorable. After we finished, our server just vanished and we were left to pay the bill with a little machine they have sitting out on the table for customers to pay bills and play games with. They charge for the games so be careful!! After he served us he was never to be seen again. We ended up leaving on a bad note for sure. Not to sure I wanna try this place again.

We came here a couple weeks ago and Isaac was our server. Isaac recommend everything we ordered and let me tell you, he did not steal us wrong. He made our visit enjoyable. He has great customer service skills. We come here weekly just to have him as a server.
