Food was good just a little pricey for what you get. I give it 2 out of five. There was no flavor in the meat or anything else except the sauce. There was good service the team members were friendly so try it yourself and you might like it but this is only preference and this place wasn't for us....ps the chicken wings had to be 2 days old. I about pulled my teeth out eating it.
Great food, dirty tables and trash was full. Dining scenery is great.
I like the bread, coleslaw, and sauce at zaxby's better than at other chicken finger chains. I think the chicken isn't as great though. However, the food was hot and service was fast!
This use to be one of our favorite places to eat but no more. We have had poor food more than a few times and kept trying again and again well no more it’s not worth the $11 a person. May have to try the one in jeffersonville see if it’s worth going to. Never again Charlestown rd Zaxby’s
They are advertising starting wages at $15, but, upon applying and getting information. They aren’t. Which would be fine, if they weren’t advertising that themselves.This is poor business.
Good experience. Friendly staff and clean eating area. Plenty of selection and speedy service. Recommend.
First time here service was very good the food was really good had no issues
So good!!!! One of my favorite chicken places. The employees are super nice and respectful, they don't call your boyfriend baby or honey and look you up & down when you go through the drive through like most of these places do.
I’ve missed Zaxby’s since we left central Texas several years ago. This location was the closest to where we were and totally 110% worth all the wait(a total of over 3.5 years)Great customer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!
This location is Sooo much better than the one by my house (in Jeffersonville). Today the service was pleasant and fast and the food was good.
