I LOVE WHITE CASTLE I DON'T CARE HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY SLIDER, STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND NICE!!!! In fact, this day I craved for 45 minutes (WOULD WAIT AN HOUR DON'T CARE) and I had to take a pic of the lovely young shirtless gentleman who patrolled the drive thru line with a long piece of thin wood, and a straw. Thank you, good Sir, for protecting our Crave that day!!!! My eight Bacon Cheeseburgers and Large Coke plus Small Chocolate Shake we're DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
Im not sure what's going on with this white castle's but I have set in 30 min drive thru lines when Im picking up a mobile order but the lobby is closed. The last time I went is definitely going to be the last time for a while. I refuse to sit in the drive thru that long for some slimy cold sliders its not worth it. Hopefully they get a full staff soon.
Never have enough employees and always mess up the orders. So I set in the drive thru for about 35 mins just to be given the wrong order and of course the lobbys closed. So I had to go back through the half an hour long drive thru to get my correct order.
Particarly with Door Dashing, White Castle isn't great at keeping accuracy. I've done two orders back to back with missing items, one in an enclosed bag.This means the restaurant is closing the bags and handing them out wrong.Thankfully, DD is great at issuing refunds, and I'm leaving this review to let you guys know. Just order at the restaurant so that you can make sure your order is correct.

The food is good. My complaint is that it took 30 plus minutes to get through the drive thru. I would have parked and went in, but the way this particular locations parking lot and drive through are designed, I could not park and once I had a chance to park, I was afraid I would be blocked in. Second complaint - I ordered a regular 4 slider meal with Onion rings. I requested Ketchup and Mustard - they gave me 3 packets of each - 3 packets isn't even enough for just the Onion Rings. So basically I had to eat my sliders with no Ketchup. I was also provided only 1 napkin - 4-5 would be acceptable, not one.
PISSED is a understatement ? Ordered online from White Castle, paid online, and pick up time was 1:30am. Get to the store at 1:25, the lady on the speaker informed me they were out of cheesecake, okay no big deal subbed it out for a butter cake. Pull to the window, wait there for about 10 minutes for the lady to come to the window and tell me they are out of shrimp nibblers ? WHY WASNT THIS COMMUNICATED ON THE SPEAKER?THATS CLEARLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE THING ON MY ORDER AND I GOT A LARGE, LETS FORGET THAT BUT REMEMBER THAT YOURE OUT OF CHEESECAKE THATS A DOLLAR AND SOME CHANGE??? I told the lady I just wanted my money back, waited another 10 minutes for the manager to tell me it’s gonna be awhile she don’t know how to refund my money. Wait another 10 minutes for her to tell me that I have to come back when her manager will be there to get my refund. Didn’t ask for my name, didn’t give me her managers name, didn’t even apologize for any of the inconvenience. Not to mention we had to wait a additional 10 minutes for 2 cheese fries, a smoothie, and 2 cakes. By far the worst experience ever, there was no professionalism what so ever.
We come to this white castles several times a month, at all different times of day/night. Always good service, friendly people hot food. Today at 12:48 pm when we drove thru that was not the case. Food was still perfect but the girl in drive thru was not. After asking to take our order she rudely told us to wait when we began to tell her. She clearly wasn't listening to our order when we asked for fountain strawberry lemonade she said they couldn't make smoothies. When weE tried to repeat our drink order she interrupted again saying they didn't have the fresh lemonade
Well I hate to say this but 3 out of 5 visits are below the poor level but the food quality is still good, you just have to wait forever to get it. And still no dine-in but most other places have opened dine-in. This is the only WC around when the crave comes on me I gotta go there
Drive-thru only. Friendly staff. Sliders are always hot and fresh. Renovated space. A great White Castle location to visit.
