A very good place to dine
Wow so good! I had a club BLT with fries my husband got a gyro which was amazing I'm gonna get that for myself next time. My son got cheeseburger he said he liked it too. I like the touch screen in drive thru for ordering your food and adding and editing items.
I went opening week and again a month later. Both times service was terrible. Portions are way off for the price. The menu sounds good but it was nothing better than what you can get at any other sandwhich place. Never get the fries they are just frozen fries basically.
My philly cheese steak bread was so soggy and the fries are bland
Delicious wraps, good fries, and the lemonade is great. staff is super nice, music is good. 5.95 for a well made and filling wrap. I’m definitely coming here regularly from now on

The service was good not great the kitchen messed up our orders but went above and beyond to fix it and even gave us our money back. The sandwiches were very fresh and tasty but I do not like the drive thru have a touch screen though makes it a lil akward from the car but having the call button makes that ok. The variety in menu items was nice and so was the portions. I hope that my next visit they can make the order right the first try and that the food was as good as it was this first time so that I may be able to come back and give them a 5. Just went there for the first time and loved it. Food was great, sizes were great, atmosphere was just excellent. Josh was the one who helped us and he has to be the most friendly and helpful person I have ever come across in the food industry. Thank you food was wonderful and we will definitely be back
This location is super friendly and the staff is amazing. We love the food here and highly recommend. The new machines make it super fast and easy to order!
I had eaten at the Louisville locations, and eagerly awaited the New Albany locations' opening. WW has options for sandwich toppings that Subway, Penn Station, et al just don't have. The muffaletta sandwich is a treat; not because its New Orleans authentic (it isn't), but it has olive salad as a topping; I combine it with pesto sauce, toasted onions, and peppers for a unique taste. Even if you don't like spicy foods, the point is - the combination of toppings they have allows you to make something unique. The sammy isn't cheap, but the taste more than makes up for it. Go wicked with it when you are hungry. Now for the complaint - the locations in the Ville use pre-printed paper bags for ordering that allow you to do the customization easily, seeing all the options (breads, meats, cheeses, toppings, seasoning) at once. When they finish the order, your sammy is served in the same bag. The New Albany store uses computer touch screens for orders, and they are a pain (i.e., not user friendly). The only thing worse than having to use a poorly-designed ordering app, is the 'tech savvy' 17-year old employee who assumes because I appear older than 35, I need help to use the app ( I work in IT and could explain to Jr how to design such a user-friendly interface). The franchise also has a phone app for tracking frequent customer points, which can be used for a free sammy - but the New Albany store doesn't use the app. When I asked about it, I was told I could upload a photo of my receipt to get my points, and that worked; again, a real pain, why not use the app? The app allows you to pre-order food as well, I assume they don't do that in New Albany either - but I didn't ask, so not certain. So, as not to put too fine a point on it - terrific sandwiches, but ordering is a hassle. If you haven't tried olive salad as a sandwich topping, treat yourself - makes a tasty sammy!
