Where's the flavor and the ingredients? The sandwiches are put together poorly. That's been my experience at all of these shops, 5 times now at 4 different stores. I expect so much more considering I spent $26.43 for a regular BLT (extra bacon) and large meatball (extra cheese). They didn't put extra bacon, nor did they put the lettuce, tomato, mayo on the BLT. Also didn't put the extra cheese on the meatball either. I was willing to let that go, but have them remake the BLT. Particularly because the bacon had fallen out and I'd already opened it. However, the manager ask for me to hand it back over the counter so they could fix it, which I don't think they should do. Ask them to put more bacon and they said it looks like it had extra bacon. So whatever I guess. After all that, there's just minimal flavor on their sandwiches and bread. With the exception of the wicked I had once, and it had some flavor. That was my last visit to Which Wich though. Good luck and I hope you all improve, it's just honestly my 5th bad experience so I had to say something.
First time experience. My sandwich was unremarkable. I still prefer Jersey Mike's or Penn Station as a personal preference for subs.
Hitting the drive thru @ 7:50 pm, and the employee offers fabulous customer service letting us know they close at 8. NOT , " HI, MAY I HELP YOU?" I don't care what time you close. You are open, which is why I came. If you have a time limit you stop taking orders, them please post a sign. : " We are open til 8, but we don't work after 7:50 pm. " I'm appalled at the customer service of how rude employees can be. And customers too, which is why we didn't say anything rude back ! I apologize for bothering you at 7:50 pm, when you were open for business.
A great sandwich place, good meat to bread ratio, decent prices. Who ever designed their kiosk / website / drive-through interface is a moron, you can only remove ingredients, not add them, so you end up having to interact with staff anyway, not a time saver.
I asked for a cold sandwich and for my bread not too be toasted .So I waited forever and a woman came to window said you want your sandwich hot . I explained again cold & no toasted bread .So I waited again .Got home guess what. My bread was toasted .I never go there again .
Good quality sandwiches. Haven't had a bad experience here, but I usually stick to the club sandwich and don't order side items so I can't speak to the rest of the menu.
Fair on food quality (Philly cheesesteak was sort of soggy and fairly bland) and priced high in comparison to their food quality. Reasonable speed through the drive through.
Attempted to a salad bowl as part of my order.Made it home before realizing I ended up with a pile of lettuce and cut up lunch meat as the chicken and no other toppings. Over 8 dollars for 2 bucks worth of food. Employees were less than helpful. By the time I got back from getting a refund for the bowl my food was soggy and terrible. Waste of money and time dealing with this place.
The service is great. The ordering system is easy and efficient. I ordered the Wicked Wednesday special for $5 and it was delicious. The bread was crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and was thin enough to not overwhelm the sandwich. I normally don't like "plain" crinkle cuts, but these were exceptional, hot with a great texture. My only complaint is that the sandwich seemed pretty small if I was paying full price. Other than the value issue, it's a solid sandwich place.
We eat here on our lunch breaks often. The fries are awesome and staff are friendly.
