If I could give a negative star rating I would. This place is a joke. The face lift it received didn’t fix anything going on inside. Tried to give this place one more chance after the renovations. Still got my order wrong! This is the 4th time they have sucked at taking a simple order and then putting it in a bag and then giving it to me. These ppl want $15 an hour. Prove you can do it right first. And the best part was it was a manager that gave me my order…
I went to get a $5 Biggie Bag. I asked, " how much to get a larger drink?". Young man said. "I Don't know!" then turned and walked away. I asked a second person and they said I would have to paid for another drink over $2. Extra. They were acting like I was bothering them. Not one asked asked the supervisor my question. They were rude and not good for business.
Really rude drive thru . My elderly family member just went thru on his way to oncology appt and he put his order in nobody said anything so he drove up the rude lady said sir we can’t take ur order of chili we told u to wait . He obviously didn’t hear them or he wouldn’t have said his order . Teach some charm school there rude people . And u guys wanna make 15 a hour : u need customer service skills . I say Zero stars for this Wendy’s . Be kind u never know what someone is going thru
I'm here to pick up a delivery they're pretty accurate with their orders it's always warm when you get it fresh the last order I picked up is all cooked to order I had two orders of delivering to a little distance away going to get out of the bag it's been nice and hot that's what I like my customers to get when I I deliver their food I recommend eating here they are fixing to close down for a couple weeks for remodel it's pretty soon it'll be practically brand new store coming soon so I thought last night you're out of quite a bit of things cuz when you run out they're not ordering either shutting down or remodeling heads up people Rodney Tyler delivery for doordash
The drive-thru was really slow the dine in wasn't open not very friendly and no one was smiling Just Like blah and it was a Friday night smiles and a good night and how you doing it like take my order and get out of here
Food was good.they have great burgers.they forgot to give me my straws,no biggy but they messed up the woman's order in front of me as well.may have been their first day don't know.
Slow drive thru as expected from Amy Wendy's. Yet the order was correct and with 2 separate dash orders at the same pick up!
the Wendy's computers having problem's we were told it would be about 15 minutes so we pulled to a parking area to wait, true to their word 15 minutes we pulled in line and took our order, everything was fresh and hot, you can't get better chili any where else like Wendy's!!!
Waiting in the drive thru can be painful at times ? but the accuracy of my orders lately have been 100 % warm and never a watered down drink!! Thank you
Lobby still closed. Drive through line always long. Customer service was above average. Food was enjoyable.
