I know that the Mexican pizza just came back, and y’all are likely struggling to find staff but: DONT SEND THIS OUT!
Rude night shift staff. Extremely slow drive-thru and orders have been incorrect. This used to be my favorite one that I would drive out of my way for 4-5 nights a week and now it is the worst as far as night shift. Was stuck in drive-thru for over a hour unable to leave. This night shift crew is a joke anymore.I've known other Taco bells to only have two people working and go way faster and still provide great customer service
Had a great experience today because they had lettuce for my tacos unlike last week. If they would just tell u they dont have stuff when you order that is much nicer!Thank you nice manager today!!!!
The drive thru line moved pretty quick, which is a definite plus! The 2 staff members I interacted with were fine, certainly not rude, but didn't really have the "pleasantries" either. The food was fresh, but ingredients were left out (sour cream). Some stores plump up the burritos ingredients, this store probably put on the exact amount they were supposed to. So to sum up, I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but I wouldn't avoid it all together either. It was average.
Had to wait almost an hour to receive order inside even with a fully staffed restaurant. Have had a few instances of slow service taking around 30 minutes over the last few weeks but this was the worst I've had yet personally. Have similar stories from friends and family. Management needs to take a look at the work ethic of this location.
Without going into much detail, I have been working on call, and my wife is pregnant. I got off work and she wanted Tacos I ordered online as it was only about an hour and half before they closed. I ordered a taco 12 pack and cinnamon twists. When I get to the drive through they give me two tacos and an order of cinnamon twist. The lady would not be reasoned with, she showed me my receipt said soft taco twice and cinnamon twist, even though the receipt showed party pack as well. She told me to come back the next day. I am working on-call. I have no schedule so I immediately got called back into work. I called the manager, who said the employee did what she was told to do. But if I came in he would make the tacos for me as long as I showed him the receipt. This place is 40 minutes from my house, so it's not nearly worth my time or gas to go get them made. No offer of refund or working with the customer. I will not go back or recommend this location to anyone, or even taco bell at this point. Long story short I spent 30ish dollars for two tacos and a cinnamon twist order. Would have given 0 stars if possible.
WOW_ Talk about dropping the ball ! This WHOLE VISIT WAS A CATASTROPHE.Everything from them using regular hamburger meat on 3 of our 4 chicken chalupas, for which we had two combos, to a GIANT hairball inside my gfs cinnabon bite, they didn't even give us any damn napkins nor a receipt... Y'all really took us for >$26.00 + AND MADE US BOTH SICK AS HELL. THX MUCH
This Taco Bell used to be okay. But lately they keep getting out of stuff like sour cream last week, and this week it was pink lemonade and diet Mountain Dew. Also they were out of large cups.On top of that, last time I was there they messed up my Crunchwrap. And they gave me a soft taco without asking what kind of taco I wanted (when every time before that they would just give me crunchy). This week I ordered a supreme taco and they give me a regular taco. The staff there are quick and mostly friendly, I’m putting most of the blame on management here. I don’t plan on coming back unless they change dramatically.
So I ordered thru the app and found you can individually request napkins, straws etc. So me being me I added 14 extra napkins and no lie that's EXACTLY what they gave me. BRAVO GUYS!!! THANKS FOR MAKING MY NIGHT!! YOUR AWESOME, OH AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD TOO!
It's crazy that you order chips and cheese and they either ALWAYS forget the cheese or you get a cheese cup with BARELY anything in it SMH.... That's just pure laziness for real! If you go through the drive thru I STRONGLY recommend that you pull over in the parking lot and thoroughly check your bag to make sure everything is there and made correctly or you will more than likely be disappointed when you get home to find items missing under/over cooked or incomplete!!! The only reason that they get two stars instead of just one is because the employees are pretty friendly
