Me and my Son went there tonight. The bread she gave my son was all crusty, flaky and dry. I asked for a new loaf…. The manager lady or Queen B was like all our bread here is the same……So all the bread is old AF! Basically what she was telling me.She kicked me out lol and wouldn’t serve us.
Absolutely disgusting. The countertop looked like it hadn’t been wiped off all day, there were fingerprints all over the glass, trash was over flowing. When I asked for steak they didn’t have any, when I asked for cookies they didn’t have any?? This subway went downhill to say the least. Should have went to jimmy johns they would never ?
Addison is a revolting excuse for a manager. When I told her my order was made wrong and also had so much sauce on it that the wrap disintegrated, she said "well I didn't make the sandwich but it's hard to make sandwiches correctly when we're so busy"...Subway - being busy is not a good reason for my food to be wrong and for that to be the managers response is ridiculous. I paid $18 to have a $9 sandwich doordash delivered and it was not edible. Your employees don't care because their manager doesn't care.
The Subway on Charlestown Crossing in New Albany is terrible. Several times they were out of white or herb and cheese bread. They were out of roast beef a few weeks ago after I ordered Subway Club online. Then I went there to get Subway Club a week later and the 2 employees didn’t know what went on the Subway Club. Tonight, I went at 6:00 and they were out of herb and cheese bread, they were out of meatballs and their toaster oven was not working. Also, the employees are rude and use excuses.
I ordered two sandwiches online. the first one was correct, the second one was completely wrong and the bread was very soggy. I called. i was very friendly with them at first just asking what can i do being it was an online order and i couldn’t come in, as i work in a nursing home and only get a short break.. She told me that the owner made a rule stating that you can not be refunded or sent a new sandwich, if they don’t have the sandwich back! i used to work at subway and have never heard of this rule, she was not nice about. So lunch ruined. yay!! i understand the whole scam part where you can’t trust anyone these days but this is ridiculous. But i will post pics.
Didn't accept discount coupons, only one employee seemed new at preparing food, tables not clean, had to ask for extra napkins.
Easy in and out , fast friendly service, good fresh sammichs served with your choice of toppings , subwayrific
The Charlestown Road location is definitely better than the one on Grantline Road by Kroger.
Chicken bacon ranch protein bowl has a good Amount of chicken on it. It's worth the money.
Friendly staff and good food! Would recommend!
