Spent about 15 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for my order. Got to the window. They didn't have my order. They were trying to give me someone else's and they kept asking me. "Are you sure you don't have four drinks?" Let me think...Yes I'm sure... !!! So he put an order back in for my original order, He took my gift card, said I had a balance of $3 but don't worry they'd take care of it. After I left I realized he used my gift card on the person behind me and charged me full price for my drink. Yeah I'm just super done with this place.
Drink was good, service ok. Problem was my order was lost and I waited for about 8 people who came after me for my drink. For that I wasn't happy! Should have received a free drink for the inconvenience.
Wow! Came in definitely at its busiest time, there were about three baristas in a tiny area that were making the drinks, what seemed like 20 customers standing and watching. The employees had full communication and control of what was going on. Keeping customers updated as the drinks were being made, they were talking to obvious usual customers and it created such a safe and welcoming environment. A small spill (which can be expected they were going so fast it was crazy) and the other team members quickly noticed and without saying a word was on it while they continued making drinks. I was fully impressed! I don’t think anyone minded the small wait cause these guys are entertaining! Seriously these guys deserve some cred, best Starbucks in southern Indiana. HANDS DOWN!!
Fast and super friendly service, Hannah was wonderful and clearly very educated on the menu. I was unsure of what I wanted and she gave me a few ideas and once I picked one, I got my drink and sat back down doing some work emails and she stopped by my table later and asked how my drink was or if I was interested in trying something different if it wasn’t good. Thank you Hannah you’re very kind!
This is the most poorly managed company on the planet right now. Regardless of location as far as corporate stores on the Indiana side of the bridge, every time I choose to visit they're either closed or out of ingredients for the drink I want. TERRIBLE management. Very very rarely do I even think about going to Starbucks anymore.
I have never been in a dirtier and more disorganized Starbucks. Plenty of workers and not crowded but it took forever. Something was leaking on the counter and onto a stool then on the floor.. a lot. But none of the workers had noticed. I gave 2 stars cause at least the workers smiled.
What a joke! Don't go inside, waited over 20 minutes and left after I was told there were 13 on line drinks still ahead of me. All this after they took my money upfront. I will start hitting local owned shops
Such friendly staff, and the PSLs were good as always. We didn't have a long wait and the staff were lovely and chatty.
I didn’t like what I ordered because I found it too sweet. I asked the guy If I could change it for a different Frappuccino and he said I could, really good service and nice people.
Service was good, but prices are too high for the quality of what you're getting
