Dirty Dirty Dirty. We refused our food after watching the worker rubbing his nose and mustache with his gloved hand that he was using to box and bag our food. One star is one star too many. I won't be back.
Rally's is what Rally's is. You go for the fries! Anything else always tastes like it comes from a refreshment stand at a kids ball game.

Service was quick. Food correct and ready to eat!
Fries were fresh and extremely hot. Both fish were cold. Drinks were fine.
Sometimes they make the burger correct, sometimes they don't. What do you expect from a fast food joint?!
I went thru the drive thru. I told the worker I had a coupon for 2 "Double" Fish Filet Sandwichs for $4.00. I was told I didn't need to use the coupon because these sandwiches were currently that price. I then told the worker I had another coupon to get a large fry for $1.00. When I got home I found I didn't get the fish sandwiches that had 2 filets per sandwich, but both sandwiches had 1 filet each. I looked at my receipt and seen I was charged the full price for the fries. Granted I was over-charged $3.00, but my point is my order was wrong!! I only had 3 items and I was told I didn't need to use the coupon. I tried calling the restaurant 2 times and both attempts the phone rang over 1 minute and no one answered. I will try again tomorrow to speak to the manager

This place is unprofessional I went to go get some food after work and ended up showing up 10 minutes before closing they said they close on their own time and my boyfriend got a little frustrated and came to the window and asked was there a reason for that and the manager was so rude tonight I went and asked for the 2 for 4 spicy chicken add tomato after leaving I realized there was no tomato we went back and they put tomato on a bag and gave it to us and thought it was it was unprofessional and disgusting i ended up throwing it out because I don’t even trust them with my food at this point
Tasted better than most of them. Fries were delicious best in a while.
