If I could give zero stars I would! Not sure about during the day, but the night shift here is terrible! Gave them the benefit of the doubt last time because it was very close to closing time for them, but tonight I hit there at s quarter til 1 and they don't close til 2am. Ok so they are notorious for having an enormously large line. Imagine my excitement when I pull up to order and their are no cars in line. Well it didn't take me long to figure out why.... I sat at the speaker for 8 minutes before I drove across town to get my funnel cake fries. Also sometimes they are kinda mushy so when I order I always ask if they would cook them a little longer than normal. Never an issue at other locations m well last time (,when they did take my order) the dude told me this isn't burger King I don't get it my way! Rude! I won't be back!

This is above and beyond service for a ralleya. I don't know the guys name but he wears a cross necklace. Super nice and friendly and taking and talking to us and also bringing our food out personally by hand. It's all fresh and good. I'm glad I went to this ralleys
Ordered through the app. I pulled up and both lanes were packed so I went to the walk up window since it was an online order. As soon as I walked up they handed me my food. The only issue is they forgot my marinara sauce and the cheese sticks was nasty with out it.
The wait was a bit much but that was totally understandable given that there were only 2 people working. The food was hot and so good
So, it's after thunder... 1220 at night. There's a line about 20 cars waiting for food and there's 2 people working in this store. Not only were they kind, polite and quick, but despite being overworked and understaffed they got the order right and quick. Sorry yall got slammed by all us hungry folk, but u are appreciated.
They close at 2 am. If you come to the drive-thru at 1:35 am, they ignore you. If you continue to wait, they turn the sign lights off until you pull forward, only to turn them back on, because they know they're supposed to remain open until 2. If you hate your job that much, maybe look for a different one. I am currently behind 2 other cars that don't seem to be getting helped and are probably being left there until they can say they are closed.
The food was great, the fires were perfectly made. Brandon was great, he made sure our order was correct and had a great attitude from ordering to handing us our food. Even cracked a few jokes while we waited for our food to be cooked to perfection
Why is there only 1 lane open? There's always a long line for drive thru. Your not able to walk in and order anymore... Step it up! The freshness on the fries has gone way down in the past year. I would be willing to bet the Grease hasn't been changed in awhile. That's usually why the fries taste like dog food. Most of the time your fries are the main reason for my business. I always buy a Combo, but its mainly because I like your fries and now they're not tasting good anymore. Because of this, I've started buying food at other fast food places because of the quality of the food here and the 1 drive thru window being only 1 side opened. Don't tell me you don't have enough employees, because I see several. I'm sure that I'm not the only customer that feels like this. Get it together, Rallys!
So this Rallys has redeemed itself! My wife ordered a plain bacon cheddar crisp last time we came thru here and they gave her a plain burger. We where to tired to turn around and complain so when we went thru tonight the manager gave us the correct burger for free! We will be back for sure!
