2 weeks ago they were out of rice and beans and guacamole. They gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Today they are out of shredded cheese. Not willing to provide a discount for the inconvenience. How do you run out of cheese. It will be a while before I order from Qdoba again. Well, we'll start off with cleanliness. 1. The floors are so slick from not being cleaned properly, You feel like you're on a ice skating rink.2. When you ask the young cashier if there's anyone to clean off tables... She gives you a dirty look and then proceeds to use the same paper napkin to wipe down multiple tables with no cleaner. She's more worried about her fingernails than she is about cleaning properly.Food portions were adequate except if you ask for a fajita bow. Where they give you just three peppers... Literally three slivers of peppers.Food was tasty but due to cleanliness and unfriendliness of staff I will find a different location to patronize than this one.
Out of almost everything on the bar. Wouldn’t replenish the veggies or the chicken. Employees were NOT helpful and you could tell they’d rather be somewhere else.No fountain drinks, and the sweet tea tasted like someone got the salt and sugar mixed up. A $2.75 cup of garbage water.
ordered a bowl with extra meat through grubhub and i received no meat at all. when calling qdoba, the girl who answered claimed that they were out of one of the meats and that the delivery driver had told them not to replace it. i asked the driver about it and he had said that when he got there, the order was already bagged and on the shelf. they mess up my orders probably 75% of the time and i keep on giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this is just ridiculous. never going to be ordering from this location again.
We went on a Thursday about 5:00, there were only a couple of people in front of us but we had to wait over 20 minutes because they were doing so many carry out orders. When we finally made it up next I saw their food prep station was really gross and messy. The girl making our food kept running to the back she made another order in the middle of taking ours, after having made 3 other orders ahead of ours after the last person. The cheese she scooped onto my nachos was crusty and covered in rice and beans she’d been dropping in it all day. She was very aggressive and slinging things around. There was another guy doing something in the back and someone just doing the register. Once we finally checked out, I had to ask for a rag to wipe a table off for us to sit at all of them were covered in trash and food. The fancy drink machine was out of most flavors. There were no straws and the lids were flung all over the counter. While we were eating a worker came in with his hood up and was napping at a table next to us, his work hat next to him, but the line was only getting longer. We also noticed dust everywhere, on the hand sanitizer and the vents above the food station. This will be my last time visiting this location, it was an extremely unprofessional environment for a restaurant. They are lucky the health department didn’t come in today.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were out of practically everything including vegetables, salsa, even cilantro. I left with an $9 bowl of just chicken and a few tomatoes on top. On top of that, the girl didn’t close the lid all the way on the side of beans and as soon as she handed it to me, they had spilled in the bag. I asked her for a new bag & she said it wasn’t like that when she put them in there. I do not recommend this location at all.
This store is so poorly run it’s ridiculous. The tables and floors are filthy and I have not seen anyone clean either in the 45 minutes I’ve been here. We completed our orders in person when we got here at 5. Now all of a sudden they are online orders only so people just keep walking in and right back out frustrated. I don’t know if it’s just this store or if the brand just doesn’t care anymore and is tanking (I tried to contact corporate via their website and that link doesn’t even work).Whoever is responsible for running this location should be absolutely mortified. This place is friggin disgusting.
I placed an order here and called ahead to make sure one of the special instructions was followed and they confirmed my order, assured me it would be followed and were very pleasant however when the food arrived it was ignored?? I called as soon as I placed it. Just confused as to what happened and why I was assured it was no issue and then was lied to.
I love the steak bowl. Very good heathy option.
This Qdoba has been under HORRIBLE Management the past several years. I would go to other locations to avoid this one. They are now under New Management and the staff is excellent!! They prepare your orders correctly and fast!! If it has been a while since you've been there, go back and give them another try!!
