New Albany locationI’m not one to write a review but I’m so disappointed. I used to love qdoba but sadly I will not be returning. The sweet tea tasted like salt, our rice bowls had a piece of hair, and some strange looking slug thing. I wanted to enjoy my lunch so bad but was left disgusted.
Friday night, what a joke. Ordered protein bowl, they were out of dressing, out of guacamole,, chicken was hard and over cooked. 3 employees and that place was filthy, there is no excuse for that. Out of utensils and dressings at the service bar. There was a box ripped open of hot sauce sitting on the counter. Worst food I ever had at Qdoba. Wouldn't be back, Wouldn't recommend this place to my dog.
the most dirty place i’ve ever been in, sneeze guard covered in food from looks like days, drink station a foul mess. none of them can multitask to save their lives, possibly take turns with one brain cell. one of the people on the line was as touching their face and wouldn’t change gloves, same guy just started picking in the food and eating it on the line - still didn’t change gloves. dirty dishes everywhere, while the line died down didn’t do a single bit of cleaning. left my food on the burner until it was burnt said it was okay and still served it. i’m surprised by all the 5 star ratings, honestly. might as well shut the building down.
We ordered online and when we got there the place was trashed. They forgot to put one of our meals in our bag. They were very disorganized and unprofessional. They didn't even have tortillas for the burritos, like the least you could do is maybe ask if the other qdoba had some or ran to Kroger to get some and just explain to the customers that it is a different tortilla today. I'm not gonna go back I'm gonna go to the Qdoba on Charlestown Rd.
Multiple times, I have gone here and they have been closed. Workers will be inside, but closed. One time, I went in and they said they are taking online orders only. I said, I can't walk up to you and just tell you my order? They said, no, online only. So I stood there in the line area and placed my online order. I then told the worker I placed my order and she said "We got it and are making it now". Now what in the heck? So then I walked up and got my order. I'd like to be able to plan to come here and actually order and eat inside, but you can't depend on them. This used to be my favorite place to eat 2-3x/week. Not anymore. Needs new management apparently.
This Qdoba is a little disorganized, staff is nice but feel new/inexperienced. Placed a catering order in advanced and when I arrived at pick up time the staff had no clue about the order. They were able to fix everything quickly once they tracked down the order. Had to ask for chips (even though it was included in the description). Also ordered the Taco Kit which overall was a bad value compared to their Hot Bar. The staff did their best.
Placed a DoorDash order, ordered the 3 cheese quest side (4oz). See attached pictures, 2.5 ounces at best. Both New Albany Qdoba’s always find new and interesting ways to mess up your order, just be aware.
This is also a good place to keep for takeout for dine in the restaurant looks clean the glass is very clean be careful pay attention we're walking it's a long story but yes this is a good place to eat good food friendly service I'll stop in there anytime you have a money Mexican I recommend this place.
Came here 02/04/22 during this bad weather, almost everything is closed or will be closing, and gratefully Qdoba is open. The three ladies that came in were super nice!! They didn’t complain about having to work nor complain about the big order I put it. These ladies definitely need a raise!
This place is absolutely horrible after 5pm. Half of the ingredients are not there. They were out of tortilla chips and half the menu when I ordered. We will never eat here again.
