Over charged me 2 chicken sandwiches then mention it to team member gives me refund for the 2 sandwiches then shorts me an additional sandwiche.. mentioned that had to give me sandwich get home only to see they shorted me an order of fries call up there they picked up phone and hung up not took phone off hook this location has went down hill the employees just don't care anymore
Received a 3 pc tender meal today, that was not cooked all the way done. Disgusting!Biscuit was a hockey puck, mashed potatoes and gravy were fine. And the drink even tasted bad. The most expensive little bowl of taters I've ever eaten. The rest went into the dumpster.
Order on the app for pickup. It told me to come pick my food up from the counter and that it would be ready soon. Well when i get there 15 mins every door was locked and when i went through the drive thru they had me pull up and wait 15 minutes for a 6 piece tender. The food was cold anyways!!!! Horrible experience and i usually eat here but i will not anymore.
Good food,HORRIBLE service. We ALWAYS have something left out of our order. NOT GOING BACK ANY TIME SOON. TIRED OF GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!
One of the men in there fixing the fish tried to pull a fast pne and put tartar sauce on my sandwich when I said no taryar sauce. Then when adked to remake it, he gave us a spicy fish instead of mild. I am reporting this to corporate!!!
Pulled up no response at the talk box. Then when ordering I didn’t realize what I order came with a side. Instead of saying something like excuse me sir this food comes with a side. I get “side?” I say excuse me because I couldn’t understand what was being said. Then I hear “SIDE!!” I heard that. I won’t be coming back here on a Sunday pay attention to who makes your food. The Sunday crew asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. No big deal but after I watching 3 cars come and go. In a completely display of negligence. They forgot I was there. I decided no you are not going to get my money. I waited 15mins before coming in. Then they say oh… “your food is right here” “Do you still want it” I said no I will pay for the drinks because I took those. They didn’t charge me I got a refund left went to Penstation and got my food in 10mins. Fool me once can’t get fooled again
Portions are extremely small. Service is horrible. Didn’t get what I asked for. Had to drive back to actually get what I ordered. The manager was every bit of 16 and from a foreign country. Was treated like I had stolen something out of her own pocket. I have been to the DR on vacation, and every person I encountered was absolutely wonderful! Smiles from everyone. You wanted for nothing. This place was the total opposite. After a bad day at my work, I just expected to get what I ordered without being made to feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. I am always willingly pay for what I get. First time ever posting a review. Ended up throwing out what I did get, and going somewhere else. I am also trying to contact the CEO. I’m not looking for free food, just to make someone aware of the situation. Something needs to change.
Maybe it's my fault for not double checking my order. 3 times in a row I have had stuff missing from my order. What I got tasted good. But how do you consistently forget items.
Probably the worst Popeyes I have been to. Literally tasted like it had been sitting there for days. The chicken wasnt even crispy it was more soggy which doesn't make since since they're literally a crispy chicken place. The food was ready before I paid so I don't know how they could have made it so fast unless it had been sitting there.
No one working really seemed to care to be there at all. Not a terrible wait, just some seemingly terrible outlooks on life. Just did a few delivery pick ups which were lacking in both customer courtesy and urgency.
