Gave me the entirely wrong pizza, wrong size, wrong toppings, and wouldn't make it right without me leaving my husband's birthday party to return it. Dont waste your money
Alrighty, we went here yesterday for my son's birthday. We went during lunch time and it wasn't very busy. This particular Pizza King has a unique feature which is why we chose this place. It has a toy train that drives by the tables and delivers your drinks and refills. Their menu had other pasta dishes along with the pizza, but we decided to get a 17 inch pizza with a few toppings. It was decent but it was about average. This place could probably use a little update as the seats were old and worn and you can tell this place was a little on the older side. Additional features this place had, were each Booth had a TV, but you had to insert a quarter to watch 15 minutes. They also had a very small selection of little games, including mini crane game and a few gashapon machines(those are the things where you put quarters in and get little capsules with toys and stuff).This review would be three stars, but I gave it 4 stars just for the unique train drink delivery. My 5 year old son loved the train.
I love this place. I've been coming here for years. We love the pizza and the atmosphere. When we get seated on the train side it's an extra added bit of fun.I'm only rating 4 stars instead of 5 simply because the seating and decor has not aged well and really needs to be updated. I found a rough spot on my side of the bench and sank a bit when I tried to sit down.
Called in my order and when I got there I was charged correctly but, given the wrong order. $28 dollars later. I even asked the guy about my nacho cheese for breadsticks and he assured me it was in the bag ? I won’t be going back. (Jeffersonville location)
This place was a lot of fun! Food came out nice and hot and the service was great. The thin crust was much better than the majority of places i’ve ever had. The train that brought the drinks was really cool too!

Personally I feel like the food is meh.. but it's usually a good time for my grandbabies. This last time all the games were out of order. So it didn't turn out as fun as we hoped. Still love the train ! Would be nice if the games could be moved out of that small hallway. It's awkward to be in a game and someone tries to squeeze by.
I ordered carry out, the pizza is absolutely disgusting. Large sections of the bottom are COATED in chunks of burnt ingredients like onions, which weren't included in the pizza's toppings. This tells me they did not even brush out the oven before throwing another pizza in.

We’ve been ordering from Pizza King for 30 years. They messed up our order. I called the store to get it corrected with no answer. Then was told the next day I would have to return the pizza to get credit because that is their policy. Their policy should be to answer their phone. There is no customer service here. ?
