I got the Italian Grill sub and Fries. The sandwich was greasy but it was still good and the fries were over cooked which is unusual for Penn Station. Of course it won't keep me from going back but it's just nice to always have fresh food
Well, I'm not usually a big complainer, but I was pretty disappointed at this Penn Station.1) Ordered chicken parmesan sub and ended up with food poisoning at 12am2) The price of the sub was about $12, and it was fairly small3) The wait was moderately long for a sub shop
The staff was friendly even though they were really busy and the food was fresh and the portion size was great!
Always good hot subs! I ordered online to pick up and only waited a few extra minutes from when it was to be ready.
During our visit Sunday the 26th, the food was great which is why I'm giving 3 stars but the service left a lot to be desired. We arrived 2 hours prior to closing and AFTER ordering we were told that it was carryout only. The guest after us asked why as there were other people seated and eating. The woman working said it was because they had to clean before closing. This doesn't make sense given the situation. While we sat in the parking lot eating our food, we noticed that only groups with children were leaving with their food while others without children sat down and ate. It could have truly been a coincidence but I will say that while we waited for our food I did not hear the "carryout only" comment to other guests ordering without children.
BIG change!Had been to this location 10/21 and was not impressed. Tables dirty, staff indifferent, food okWent in 1/3/22 and was greeted, every table clean and the whole place looked great. Watched the staff work hard while I waited for my food. Great job to the manager!
I order the cheesesteak sub everytime I go here and I am never disappointed by how good it is. Keeps me coming back for more. Staff is always friendly and patient even when the ol lady doesn't have a clue what she wants to eat and stands around forever to figure out she's gonna get the same thing she always gets. There’s supposed to be open till 8 PM and I had a carry out order and it’s not even 5 PM and they’ve got the sign off.

I decided to give them a second chance because the last time I went(about 6months ago) it was incredibly dirty, when asked my name for the order I told the lady Cynthia and she said ok Cynthia I’m just going to put that under Cindy. I said my name is Cynthia, I can spell it for you, but she had already put it under Cindy. While waiting for my food their happened to also be a Cindy in there waiting for her food as well, so of course the orders were mixed up! Today I went and it states they open at 10:30 and two of the workers were outside smoking yelling at me as I’m opening the door saying they were closed and they don’t open till 11! I said it states your open at 10:30 she said well it’s 11!
