This location has gotten worse and worse. This time my wife went and picked up the order. My large fry was really just a medium fry poured in a large container. And they forgot her sandwich. So we tried to call, and guess what, the phone number is no good. Said the line is no longer in service. So had to drive all the way back to the store, and they were rude like it was her fault that they put only one sandwich in an order with 2 sandwiches. This location has had trouble with bad employees for awhile. The last time I went in, 5 of the 6 employees working had earbuds in, including the one taking my order that has to keep saying "what" because they were obviously listening to something. I'm not going back
This was the worst sandwich I have ever got from here and it was greasy and it didn’t have my extra bacon on it or my extra pickles that I wanted and the bread was gooey and not toasted like it should of been. It definitely wasn’t worth the money I spent. I won’t be back. An unsatisfactory customer
We went for lunch. Normally I'd expect a wait of maybe 15 minutes but it took them 45 minutes to get me my sandwich. They messed it up but didn't bother to say oh it's going to be longer. They were understaffed but that's ridiculous.
This is our favorite Penn Station! They always listen when I order and let them know I'm allergic to onions. My steak sandwich is always great, and no onions!
Manager was there and excellent manners to customers. Sandwich top of line delicious
absolutely love this place, subs are a little pricey but I promise you it's worth every cent. My go to subs are Philly with onions,green peppers, mushrooms, and banana peppers with spicy mustard and Mayo and/or the Italian East Coast Style (lettuce, tomatoes,red onions, banana peppers, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, oregano)
They are always a great place to eat.my husband loves the philly beef and cheese.The manager is always friendly and they have a young man there with dreads that has the most wonderful smile that no matter how bad a day you have had when he smiles you forget your problems,just love it
Ordered online, had to wait for the fries when I got there but I didn't mind bc they were fresh and hot. Delicious chicken terriyaki sandwich as well.
Excellent tasting sandwich. Great employees. Slow to get food. 3 stars due to price so high now. Dagwood, one of the cheaper sandwich was almost $10. That's a bit much for turkey and lettuce. Not sure I'll be back.
Great sandwiches and fries.. staff need to be a little friendlier.
