We walked in and were greeted by the host and he was really nice but our servers (one was training) were rude and the one in training only came to the table to take our order. When we got our appetizers the manager slammed them down on the table and didn’t speak to us. When our food came out a different but nice sever brought our food out and when we got our food it was not cooked all the way through.We were only checked on about twice and we sat there with empty drinks for about ten minutes until the manager finally filled them up. Then we sat there for another ten to fifteen minutes waiting for the check while they were on their phones at a different table and when i told the manager I wanted a printed receipt she huffed and got the receipt and when i received it I said thank you and she walked off. This place has really gone down hill.
We been there twice over the last month with the same basic thought. The breadsticks were great with a nice variety of dipping sauce but the pizza is overloaded with salt. Really ruins what would be a pleasant meal.
I placed a carryout order over the phone & distinctly told the person taking my order that I wanted an olive oil base instead of tomato sauce at least 3 times, due to my husband having lots of painful issues with acid reflux when eating anything with a small amount of spice. After we got the pizza home, we discover there is thick spicy tomato sauce all over it. We live in Jeffersonville & enjoy eating at The Parlour in Jeffersonville on occasion. We ended up in New Albany on Valentine's evening & decided to eat at NA's The Parlour that evening & both of us agreed the pizza was better in New Albany. Since then we've been there 2 more times & both were really good experiences. After tonight, I'm not sure we will go back to the New Albany location. However, I will say after speaking with the manager, he did offer to place an order for us at the Jeffersonville store or refund us for the order. We weren't getting back out, so they refunded our order back on our credit card. We thank you for doing that. This small gesture of apology is why I am giving them a 3-star review tonight, otherwise, it would have been a 1-star.
Food was great, drinks were great, staff were even better !
Worst customer service ever ! had an issue with my credit card there called 4 times and was assured that the General Mgr. was working on it and would call me back..never heard from anyone. bar Mgr and General Mgr are terrible 1 more reason to stay out of Indiana
Highly recommend Parlour Pizza in New Albany if needing to rent an event space (rented right side with bar)! Have always loved their food and drinks, but first time using them for an event. Very happy with the communication leading up to the event, service was exceptional, reasonable pricing, and the food/drinks were amazing as always. Many compliments on the food, venue, and staff from guests! Will definitely be visiting this location again and using for events in the future. ☺️
All the staff was very friendly to us today. We came in for lunch and got our food relatively quick. My calzone was a little flat, but I managed to finish all of it no problem!Also, the music playlist must have been curated specifically for me. I came in pretty mellow and left feeling good ?
Fantastic choice of a local pizza place for us visiting from Georgia. We had a great table with great music and great service with great pizza. Very well done Parlour
Just passing through town and wanted a local place to eat. Found this on Google Maps. Pizza is excellent. Try the Pepperoni Bombs as a starter, or just a meal. They are awesome.
