Ordered two pizzas and a 2 liter, waited about 2 hours, checked on tracking, said it was delivered but wasn't, so now guess what, it will be close to 3 hours to get pizzas. Next time I'll be going elsewhere and i suggest you do as well.
Store employees were awesome! I think it was my third or fourth day working for DoorDash. They provided me with a handy dandy pizza carrier and gave me tips for the job. I came back to grab dinner for myself when my shift was over. I had the spicy pepperoni bites (whatever they're called). Yummy!
Easy to order and usually easy to pick up through the drive thru window. But for some reason they don't completely cut through the pizza. The last few times ive ordered I had to redue the cut they did.
Pulled up to drive up window and alerted the guy to my name."Be ready in 10 minutes.""Ok no problem"30 minutes later I have to honk the horn to get his attention."I totally forgot man haha sorry. Let me check. Oh shoot I forgot to put it in"This is one of about 8 rediculously unnecessary experiences there.I left after that. Corporate should close stores that can't function properly. It's bad for the name. The only weapon I have is my money and I will use it elsewhere.
These guys work hard to try to get the food out on time with the volume more to get I recommend eating here they're pretty good cleansing this is good smiling helpful faces all good eating from here would be recommended thank you
3rd or 4th time I didn’t receive my delivery or my order wasn’t what I order, I’m officially done with this company money wasted and never any explanation! Asked for a refunded but they had already canceled my order because the driver couldn’t find my apartment but literally drove past! Didn’t stop to drop pizza off drove straight back to the store! Terrible service!
Normally our pizzas are perfect and never have a complaint but sadly the let a pizza get out tonight that had almost two pizzas entirety of air bubbles from the crust with no toppings or cheese… we paid over $60 for our order to have pieces inedible. I’m really annoyed they’d allow a pizza to be sent out like that. Luckily I over ordered and we had plenty but still.. we pay for 8 full slices of pizza you know? I expect to get that.
Ordered two pizzas and only live 7 mins away. Expected delivery time was 1 hr. The app updated as usual, but once the pizza showed it was ready for delivery it just sat there. Well, 2 hrs and 15 mins later they finally arrived at the door, stone cold. Driver wasn't at all apologetic, blaming it on employees calling in. Would've happily gone to pick up instead if they'd called to let us know about the supposed staff shortage, but instead here we are with two sloppily-made, ice-cold pizzas. Thanks a lot.
Once again did not get what I ordered. Never get the sides I want. Every order. I live 2 minutes from this location. $28 and once again did not get what I ordered. Manager told the nice person I called that he could not send out what I want but he would give me 50 per cent off my next pizza. Have no way to credit my credit card. I think this manager should get in his car and bring it to me. Service and pizza actually awful. I have been told this before and that credit is never there. I guess by continuing to order I am the stupid one.
This staff courteous. Order was correct and pizza and wings were wonderful. Refreshing for a change. Keep these employees they did great job.
