Nice little cozy place waitress kind polite you're very observative .bathroom clean and did not stink the restaurant was very clean throughout my experience there was for a pickup thay did cook the food to order If you are delivery driver there will be a wait any where from 10 to 30min the customer will be most sanctified this way it's delivered hot and fresh the way you really want it to be I would recommend taking a love one here you like ravioli chicken parmesan there is lots to choose to from The Waitresses were friendly try it out for your self you won't regret it.
The food is average at best. Service is HORRIBLE. The owners are incredibly rude. Being a former restaurant manager myself I hate to leave a negative review. I understand sometimes everyone has an off day and I try to be kind and show grace. After having a company event there for the last couple of months with the horrible service and just ok food, we won’t be back! If you want great Italian food and excellent service, try the owners brothers restaurant Bella Roma in downtown New Albany. Michelle the owner is fantastic and so is the food and service.
Pretty good pizza and service all around. Only thing I could say is took awhile to have food served but pizza well worth it and coming back again hope to change this 4 star to a 5 star. Even though understaffed and busy packed still made sure to come by and check up on us and apologize for the wait. Look forward to coming back mad trying their cannoli
Three stars for now. We will return for dinner since the pasta dishes look pretty great. Stopped in mid-afternoon on a Sunday for late lunch. Had the rice balls, which were tasty, but I expected arancini. Our server couldn't confirm, so we ordered anyway. The pizza wasn't extraordinary, surprisingly. I didn't think the crust had much going for it, and the toppings weren't spectacular. I expected some buttery, luxurious cheese and a thick, robust sauce. Didn't really experience either. I love the small, family-owned Italian places, and this one is close to home. I haven't written it off yet, but I can't rave about it after the first try. Service was attentive and friendly. Prices seemed pretty average for this kind of restaurant.
Ate here a couple years ago and it was great. Tried it again recently and a huge disappointment. Even though we were the only customers there, service was extremely slow and lacking. My calzone was completely raw on the inside. Pasta with the chicken parmesan tasted strange. Sweet tea was terrible. Inside of restaurant was not well maintained, an inch of dust on the ceiling fans. Won't be back or recommend unfortunately.
I've been coming here since Mr. and Mrs. Mimo opened up, and it remains my favorite Italian restaurant to this day. They're a little pricer nowadays but you can probably attribute that to the state of the world and the struggles of small business. Their food is worth the extra cash in my opinion. Don't forget the garlic knots!
Great food and great people. They are really the nicest and make good food for the love of it. It shows in every dish. It shows in every pizza. Their staff can't be more than a roster of 8 people total and yet they hand-craft robust flavor in quality, hot food.I want all my friends to know about this little place on the pike.
Nice people. Great food. They even got wings and fries for *that* person. Definitely worth a shot. If you don't get out much, try getting them delivered on your favorite delivery service. My pastas were hot like they just came off the stove-top!
We had Garlic knots, pepperoni bread sticks, pizza and chicken parmigiana. Everything was fantastic. Going there again this weekend. Can’t wait, so very good. Waitress was very sweet and attentive too.
I took home a chicken alfredo and it was wrapped up so nicely, that even after getting hooked by a new show and coming back to my food later, it was still holding proper temperature.Simply put, it was delicious! But if you have the time to dine in, it's cozy and fancy. So, you can eat like a "regular joe" or put on your best button shirt and act important for a while. Either way, you're made welcome.
