Had a doordash for this McDonald's, waited like 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us, we also ordered through the app and wasn't discounted for the item we had a coupon for.. so they gave us the 2 dollars they owed us then we eaited for our drink another 5 or so minutes to be told that the machine was down. So we got a frappe instead, and this frappe isn't worth the .99 cents we paid for it. I will not got back to this McDonald's for doordash or anything.
I tried to use the kiosk with help from coworker. It took longer than the two people who came in behind us to get food. I ordered 2 quarter pounders 2 for $6.00. One was ordered with No ketchup and add mustard. That sandwich given to me was a double quarter pounder with ketchup and special sauce. I had to wait at counter until I could someone to help me because there were 3 workers deep in conversation. Finally I was given the correct sandwich. I also received 2 apple pies for order issues. Not very impressed with the Kiosk.
Jojo (General Manager) that took my order forgot to ask me about rewards. She said I was lying when I ask her about it. I ask her if she was calling me a liar and she said yes. I said I want to talk to a manager and she said ok. Then I pulled up to pick up the window and she said she was the General manager and she proceeded to call me a liar again. This is not good customer service. Someone needs to teach her how not to treat a customer. Food was good but she doesn't need to be in front of customers if she needs to treat them like that. She did not ask me about my rewards.
Always had a correct order and good food but have always struggled to find out what time this location opens. All signs say 6 am but 6:17 now and have tried the drive thru and the app and seems like it’s closed still even though employees are inside. A normal business that says open at 6 has employees arrive early so the business opens at 6, not arrive at 6 and open when they’re all ready.
The other 2 McDonald's over here ice cream machine has been jacked up so I had to ride to this 1 to get a shake. A little wait but not to bad. If it wasn't further then my closest McDonald's would definitely be my go to 1.
Becoming almost completely automated inside. I think it feels cold like a hospital instead of warm like a restaurant. But, they are usually ahead of the game. I'm sure I will learn to like it.
They always skimp on the sauce packets.I think someone im management made it a rule or something.... every time i ask for packets even one or two. They dont put them in the bag...their food is sub par compared to state street, you cant skimp on the sauce, its the only way i keep your breakfast burritos down.
I ordered 2 Mills and a drain but completely forgot 2 and red drinks in the mill like really how hard is it put a d*** morning together
Food was very good and fresh. But everyone in the drve through needs earrings aids. It took THREE of them to be able to make out what I was saying and the order was STILL wrong. Goodness gracious. You are better up ordering online and picking it up here. I also felt like they were just trying to get me gone and had no interest in helping me. (Gave such a high rating because everything else was fine and food was very good and fresh)
I ordered a McChicken with cheese. The kid at the window told me that they were out of wrappers for the McChicken. I open the box to see no cheese or bun. This is ridiculous, I mean you can’t even make a chicken sandwich with cheese and bread ?
