I'm editing this review that was originally 4 stars for the last 2 years until now. Either they don't keep their website updated or someone in there is changing the lobby hours whenever they want. The website says 11 for the lobby as well as the drive through, yet when I walked up there( I'm only 6-7 blocks away) the doors are locked. Now the walk wasn't for nothing because walking is good for me but I don't appreciate the unpleasant surprise man. Get in it guys you aren't 24 hours anymore and wasn't that a break? Don't get too lazy.
My order was incorrect and I was on lunch did not have time to go back. I called them and was assured they would replace my missing items. It took me three different visits to get my items and then I only got one item replaced. Had all different excuse on why I could not get my order each time. Not worth wasting you time calling them to let them know they messed up your order.
Efficient drive thru at this McDonald's was a refreshing change. From pulling in the lot until having my order and out, less than 6 minutes. Well done. 4.5 ⭐
Just got my food from doordash about 20 minutes ago and I've been trying to contact the store and it just keeps ringing busy but I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and a large chocolate shake and when it got here everything was great until I drink the chocolate shake and realize it had mint at the very bottom of the shake to where I was able to take a picture invisibly show the green. It ruined the entire shake for me! I don't know why an employee would even allow that in the bottom of the cup instead of trashing the first bit of ice cream that comes out when they're making a variety of different flavors but they didn't and my shake that should have never left McDonald's ended up at my house with me stranded not able to take it back for replacement or refund. Let's hope that they do the right thing and make it right tomorrow instead of making me feel like I'm trying to get a free shake out of them.
Ordered through drive-thru. Received excellent service from Akeem. I had a few questions, and Akeem answered all of them with a fantastic attitude! He was very professional. Very personable. He appeared very clean-cut. Over all, Akeem is an awesome employee. His appearance, attitude and knowledge are top-notch! Food was hot and fresh. My coffee was actually delicious, even at 10pm. Funny thing, I asked if they had coffee at that hour, he said "We have some left over from lunch." Then he laughed and said its not really left over from lunch. We had a good laugh at the speaker, and at the window! Thanks for the fun Mc'sperience, Akeem. Have a great day
Quick and accurate, the bugers and Frys we're delicious. Double cheese best burger on the menu, always have with extra cheese onions and pickles. Highly recommend these.
Read menu, greeted by employee promptly as I pulled to order. I then ordered and received my bill total. I did have to pull up and pay. Excited the mcdonalds with a bag!
I love the food at McDonald's and the drinks! Only downside is they need their French fries to be hotter like Wendy's.
This particular location was modern, clean and well staffed. The food quality was exactly what you expect from the Golden Arches. Plenty of clean tables if dine-in is what you want.
Food was not hot but warm it didn't take to long I just don't like when they try an rush u to be done
