The worse Service ever. She got my whole order wrong. She was to old to even hear what I was saying. They are messy and the sandwiches was just thrown around they did not even wrap it all the way. One of my sandwiches was just laying in the bag. Worse McDonald’s ever.
First off I have never seen this bad of service from this restaurant before. I go here all the time since it's right down the street and it's convenient. But tonight was a different story, first I end up paying for a meal that is not my own because a meal description was not told to me and the total was mumbled. Then once I pay for my meal and the other person's because I just did not have the patience at this point after the day I've had I get told to pull up to wait for a sweet tea along with two other cars. I was the first in line to wait for said sweet tea. 15 minutes go by waiting for my sweet tea and the other cars that were behind me got their sweet tea and I was completely forgotten. So here I am, out of sweet tea, paid for two meals and just absolutely flabbergasted. Y'all need to get your stuff straight.
They're pretty fast they're getting out of there I'm going to drive through all the time I'm going to deliver I do deliveries for dash anyway they're fast they're kind of p polite and always on top of things I would recommend eating there even if you don't have much time there are pretty quick
Always, I mean like every single time, my order is messed up!!! Since when does a Big Mac only have one patty? When you order a filet of fish 2 for $6 and they don't put tarter sauce or cheese and the thing is so hard you can bust out windows, just tired of the hassle!!!
The location on 10th St. in Jeffersonville, IN, is awful at customer service and getting the order correct. This location in New Albany, IN, on State St. was just as awful ... Don't go there!
I wish they would have an option where you could just give them $10 and they could just give you whatever they wanted because you never get the correct items anyways.
Tell me why it says they're open 24 hours and I drive all the way there at 12:30 a.m. because I was craving a chocolate shake and they weren't even open. It would be different if I didn't check to make sure their hours prior to going, but come on people at least update it on Google
If I could give 0 stars I would.I had an issue and I and I asked what the manager's name was on duty to reseto resolve my issue.They proceeded to not do it I record all my phone calls so I will though I will be contacting their attorneys Is due to the nature of the issue.
I ordered a number 7 2 cheeseburgers no pickles because I am allergic to them. Apparently someone was trying to be funny there was 12 pickles on one sandwich and 11 pickles on the other one. I say they were trying to be funny bc I was the only one in the drive thru & the sandwiches come with 2 or 3 not 11 or 12 pickles. This was 1/10/22 at 19:57.
My entire mobile order was incorrect and instead of offering to fix it, I was told I was out of luck. The manager (I’m assuming she was) was in her phone screaming and laughing and cussing with her friend or whatever and not paying attention to the customers and/or employees. Will not be returning to this location again.
