I used to be a die-hard Marco's fan, but over the last several years the quality is so hit or miss that it feels like a gamble every time we order. Today's delivery was a new low and very disappointing. The pizza was just not good and the salad had a mystery blob that completely turned off my appetite. The only saving grace was the wings. It will be a while before I order again.

Picked up for delivery there right on time nice employees very kind carry on a good conversation with them nice people there's a small dining room there but maybe three tables be good for a private mail maybe just for two or l alone I recommended food there it's a good place to use to get some figuring during lunch break maybe you got kind of place ?

Your online ordering system is terrible. Three of us could not figure it out so we just called. Your online survey system is not working either. We’ll see how the pizza tastes but I’m already leery. Ok. Quick delivery and decent pizza.

Horrible experience. Website takes your order, gives you a delivery time then it gets delayed or canceled. Had this happen multiple times and management has no clue. If you have no drivers or are out of something, the website should show that. No response and rude surprises are not ways to keep customers. It's good pizza... if you can ever get it.

I ordered 2 pizzas cheesy bread and a salad exactly 78 minutes before having to pick it up, I thought that was plenty of time but I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my order. I don't understand why I had to sit and wait more time. I mean that was the whole reason I picked that time. Super disappointed. I'll be back for sure but not for a while. And on another note I've watched 2 I guess drivers come in not wash their hands and then handle pizzas like no big deal.

They are obviously struggling to find solid workers. The line was out the door and yet the employees were in the back eating and playing on phones. We ended up getting a delivery driver to hand us our pizza off the rack as she walked out to go deliver a pizza, get it home and the thing isn't even cut. Like how do you mess that up? The pizza tasted fine, but pickup experience was a mess.

Marcos pizza is delicious. But when my wife called in the order today at 5 o’clock, when I showed up 15 minutes later they did not have our order in their system. So I left the store and I drove down the street and pulled over, and called my wife and asked her what pizza store she called? Marcos. They don’t have the order in their system, I told her. Then my wife said she talked to young lady on the phone and placed the order. So I drove back at 5:15 and the young man at the counter said we don’t have that order sir. So I left the store again. As I was starting my car to leave he came out and said I’m sorry sir I found the order it was in the system but not finalized. So if you’ll be glad to wait I will fix it right now. So I’m waited. I think they’re shorthanded they are very nice people, it’s delicious food, you might want to ask them to finalize the order before you get off the phone. My pizza is done! Yay! 5:30pm They said, that will be $15.51 What? That’s disappointing. I actually paid for it. My wife and grandson were hungry. Would give 0 stars. Put in an order in advance because I know these are trying times (345pm for a 6pm delivery). Six came and left. I called and was told they were taking pick up only. Website didn't say this. They said my order would be the next to be delivered. I wait another 30 minutes and try to call only to get a messaging service that hangs up on you. How is anyone supposed to have any issues resolved when we can't even talk to the people there. At 710pm I check the status and my order online and it had been canceled. No call nothing. Could have been considerate enough to call and let me know. This place used to be awesome. Now it's a joke.

Put in a $60 order 5 hours ago, been on hold for an hour now as I type this review, there's no option on the website to cancel, they won't answer the phone, I ordered just after 6pm and it's almost midnight now, but they charged my card. I will cancel the charge tomorrow, this place must have gone down hill along with everyone else, been a steady customer for years, their customer service is non existent anymore, sad, it was a good place, never giving them my business again

Not taking phone orders. The website doesn't process the orders to the restaurant. Not taking phone calls to verify orders, or for any reason. Probably not coming back to this place. Used to be good.
