I just went thru the drive thru at 8:10 and received less than half of my order after waiting 15 mins...not to mention what I did receive was wrong!!!! By the time I got home they were closing so no replacement for me ?♀️
I appreciate the Lady and gentlemen‘s hard work and service This Friday. I know every restaurant is overworked and understaffed. I appreciate the excellent customer service!
We went Saturday night for dinner. And hour after we ate me my wife and my 1yr old son all ended up sick throwing up uncontrollably. Chicken tasted weird everything else was freezing cold.
What the picture looks like vs what I just got today at 1:39 3/9/22 couldn’t even eat them I want my $10 back I’d rather use it towards a gallon of gas
The new chicken sandwich is well made, seasoned well, location is right off the highway, and plenty of parking space as well.
I have went to this store 3 times an everytime my order was wrong an tried to call 2 times the hung up on me an the other times they didn't answer the phone.
I ordered chicken wings was told 3 minutes..ok that's fine..I get home there was a raw wing in the container..and of course I wasn't hungry anymore....
Took awhile to get the food and they forgot a piece of my order but the staff were absolutely amazing very apologetic of the situation and handled the issues very well food was tasty

IM TIRED OF ASKING FOR CHICKEN FRESH AND HOT OUT THE GREASE!!!! I DONT WANT CHICKEN FROM UNDER A HEAT LAMP. WHAT DONT Y'ALL GET
