Great staff, really good food and reasonable
The staff is really great they go out of their way to make you're experience a great one. The food as always was fresh and they have alot of combo sandwhich s .
No communication at all! When you order they don't tell you how long it will take for delivery they just hang up on you!!
Fast, friendly staff and great sandwiches
Horrible service. It took over an hour to get my order delivered last night and our sandwiches were wrong so whoever I talked to said they would give us a $10 credit. I called today at 4:10 and place my order and it's 6:45 and it just got here and again it was wrong.
My first time. Got the #12. All the avacado spread was at one end. Other than that it was good. Friendly staff, and fast service.
I did a mobile order not knowing that they no longer offer curbside. When I arrived I called and they said “we don’t do that anymore.” We are STILL in the middle of a pandemic. Some people still need that one extra step of help. I would not have ordered from here if I knew I had to go in and especially because they also did not have my order in the “no contact pickup” either. There was no offer to help or kindness shown.
Delivery speed is awful at this location. I always have issues with this.
I have had several negative experiences with this location. I intended to overlook each one until recently, the horror was simply too much to bear. I must tell my story. On one occasion, these sandwich experts made all 4 sandwiches in our order incorrectly. We even placed the order in the app so there was no trouble with communication! They did write the names on our sandwiches correctly, albeit in a difficult to read font. On another occasion, I ordered a veggie sandwich, requested they add pickles, hold the cheese and mayo. In my summation, a simple request. Not tough for sandwich gurus like Jimmy and John. However, when I received my sandwich (over 1-hour later, fast, but not exactly freaky fast), I was aghast when I opened the wrapper. The sandwich felt very small so I decided to inspect it. Upon folding back the stale bread, I discovered that they correctly added the pickles. I was also pleased to learn that they correctly withheld the cheese and mayo. However, I was shocked when I realized that they also held everything else off the sandwich (less the avocado - they still included that for some reason)! So, rather than a veggie sandwich without cheese and mayo, I had an avocado and pickle sandwich! Egad! I must admit, that after calling the restaurant 3 times requesting a new sandwich, waiting a grand total of five and one half hours for the correct sandwich to be delivered, I did eat the avocado and (only three small) pickles sandwich. It was not as bad as I expected, to be honest. I was going to overlook these two minor offenses until the most recent episode. My wife went into the store and requested a turkey sandwich, just hold the tomatoes, please. No other modifications. To her delight, the fine gentlemen constructing the sandwich promptly began his task, and also promptly forgot the no tomatoes part. My wife kindly reminded him (even with the unnecessary apology), "Oh sorry, no tomatoes, please." He remembered and corrected his error. No harm, no foul. However, one of his fellow sandwich makers muttered under their breath but loud enough for my wife to hear "Ugh. I hate people like that." With that kind of attitude, I would hate to see what that person does to sandwiches ordered online. Needless to say, even McDonald's, famous for their angry workers and really bad service, offers less vitriol towards its customers than this. 1 star, 0 if I could.
I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for my order. It has said out for delivery for 20 minutes now, and I live maybe two minutes away from the store. This is the second time this has happened. What happened to “freaky fast”?
