While waiting in the ER at Baptist Floyd I witnessed one of your delivery drivers just drop food off at the front desk, refused to go up to the 4th floor where it was supposed to go. The receptionist was asking if he knew if the customer knew the food was here or if he could get in contact with them and he just shrugged his shoulders and said not my job. The 4th floor is labor and delivery, that was more than likely a mother and father wanting food after delivering a baby! He was rude and that behavior was uncalled for. It happened around 8pm on March 31st, 2022.
Had an order taker that could not get two simple orders right. Didn’t know that you can make a Giant sandwich order a combo meal! Then she got two orders totally wrong and the manager had an immediate attitude when I showed her the error and the receipt was not what was ordered. Make sure you have them verify your order before you pay!!!!
The food is good but somehow this location always seems to mess an order up.
I’m still waiting for the manager to call me back about compensation for my food… waited an hour and a half for my food! If you don’t have the staff to assist with deliveries don’t offer the service! Because you inconveniencing people on their lunch time.

Horrible service. It took over an hour to get my order delivered last night and our sandwiches were wrong so whoever I talked to said they would give us a $10 credit. I called today at 4:10 and place my order and it's 6:45 and it just got here and again it was wrong.
Came here a couple weeks ago and got a #4 (French bread) the order taker who’s name was “Nathan” was very charming and I wanted to tip him but I couldn’t sadly. My sandwich was #delicious? and Nathan needs a tip!

It was a good stop. Jimmy John's is always quick and this place was clean and efficient.
