The oreo ice cream is what my sweet dreams are made of! But the staff and the energy of the place could use a little work. It was a touch depressing inside and ice cream & pie makes me want to have happy surroundings. Just a thought!
The acting manager was so kind and friendly, and the food was amazing! Definitely worth coming back here on our trip
My ice cream was good. My better half got a brownie that was pretty old and hard. Will still be back.

Mike the manager or owner definitely takes pride in his company and made everything better.Edit: mike the manager has reached out too me and offered the next visit to be on him and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Raising my review and will potential raise it again after visiting.Walked in at 8:15 (45 minutes before close) and was greeted too one employee huffing and throwing down his broom and the other too a great eye roll.We ordered and wanted too get ice cream with our pie and when we asked what the Smurf ice cream tasted like the female employee responded with “well it’s blue so I would assume blue ice cream”. Seriously ? Pie was subpar and over priced (even after she took off the 2 extra pieces she rang us up for). Likely will not be going back with so many better options within 5 minutes.
Very large selection, freshly made every day pastries! The service was impeccable!
The manager was most helpful with my order. The caramel topped apple pie is superb! The caramel is a thick like fudge you can eat separately or with your pie. It is not overly sweet but just right. Lots of apples that bring back memories of home. Definitely recommend.

Phy is the absolute best! The food is great and loved the service. The manager Phy was extremely kind.
So a friend and I called ahead of time to the Pie Kitchen to see if they had the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, cupcakes. The lady whom we spoke to was very kind and advised yes, so my friend called back to verify if we needed to pay over the phone, as we an hear the customers in the back ground, so Im sure they were very busy. We got there and the mgr name Phy assisted us and we said we called ahead of time. She was very nice and kind and we all laughed and joked about it. She had great customer service skills, and would recommend everyone to go ee Phy at the New Albany, IN location.
I order cookies for customers and gifts all the time. Phy and her team go overboard to please me. The kindness they show when they are with a customer is top notch. The cookies always look perfect and taste AMAZING!! I appreciate their customer service so much. Normally, when I appreciate something like this, I order cookies as a thank you?You guys are wonderful!
