I order hing wangs multiple times a week, & usually have a great experience. Food is great & good customer service. But the last couple months, whoever is running the night shift is unprofessional & very rude for absolutely no reason everytime I order & especially when I pick up. The lady that is normally there she is great & always super sweet. But the young girl & other man working the front don’t have good customer service at all. That really needs to change, because I love the food but if the service continues I will have no choice but to find somewhere new. It makes a horrible experience. Nobody deserves to be treated poorly for no reason.
Quality has dropped soooo much in the past few months. One of the final straws for me was them switching to little sauce cups for rice with large orders... Really? Youre skimping on rice and only giving me about 5 bites?I think they have spread themselves too thin trying to open up another location right across the street. I expect them to close down within a year.
Honestly the best Chinese restaurant in the three cities of southern Indiana. The come second to Hu nanz in my book in my home town. Which says Alot. The food is spot on. The chicken sticks are tender and mouth watering. I can't speak for every dish but I'm certain if 8/8 things I got from them is good then I'm positive the rest will deliver
They OVER CHARGE! ITS 11:11 AM and they tried charging me 18 dollars for a 6.50 lunch combo and chicken on a stick. Guess she thought i had never been there before. Very rude. Told me order the correct combo. I said normal lunch combo when asked. Ps. Dont forget they'll feed u food off the ground. It was on the news
We used to order a out once a month but not much now since Covid-19 and prices rising .Love their orange chicken

This is my favorite Chinese food ever. I've tried other places and they're good, but Hing Wang is great!!!
They are decent at best. With minimal effort you could make better quality food at home for much cheaper.
They 100% got my delivery order wrong and refused to fix it. This has happened on MULTIPLE occasions. They said the driver, WHO WAS NOT TOLD WHAT THE ORDER WAS PER THE APP, should have checked before leaving. Will not be back.
