Yikes. Food was okay, but service was awful. Took 20 minutes just to pick-up an online order (which sat there staring at me the whole time) because they weren't listening or paying attention to customers waiting at the pick-up counter. Orders got mixed up. Fry cook was in outer space, manager appeared hung-over and angry, and the cashier gave the effort of a mannequin. Hope fully they turn it around, I used to like this place.

We love the Cajun fries, the burgers are always great. Have not found a bad one yet. We were worried about the employee with the white car. They had five guys cups and bags of trash all in the front seat of the car. Its a little scary thinking if thats their car I wonder how they handled our food. Just a thought...
Good service, communication amongst staff, almost always busy, always smells good, 5-10 minute wait, EXCELLENT FOOD!!!! Mediocre shakes in my opinion.
This is actually an extremely tasty burger joint. My boyfriend really loves this place & he's been asking me to try it 4 a while.. I'm super glad I finally gave in because they're super good! It's a little pricey..but you get what you pay for & more in my opinion. One thing you should note, absolutely none of there beef is frozen. They cook everything there on the spot in front of you. Really tastes like your grilling out in your backyard. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good burger!
Great food & excellent service. I've only had one issue here where I ordered a burger with three patties, but only got two. I made mention to the servers & they fixed it immediately. That's good customer service if you ask me. It was unusually busy that day, so it's understandable why that happened.
The service was poor. We waited for 45 min before we got our food. I had to go up and ask for it they lost our ticket and several times
Terrible customer service. No issues with the order, but the cashier had an attitude from the first second we walked in to completing our order.
The burger was good. Wasnt the order i gave the guy and the fries had enough salt to melt ice over all Chicago. Odd-
