First off, my family of 3, ordered the exact same meal, but one was to have no sauce of any kind. They messed that up. I told this waiter 4x, no sauce on 3rd meal because my friend is allergic reaction to it. They took about 20 minutes to bring the first 2 plates out, which were merely luke warm, I have 3 witnesssesss to that. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my friends plate, which they smothered in sauce, I bring this to their attention, and this waiter insinuated I was lying, when 3 of us seen it, well my Friend had to go to ER due to an allergic reaction, and the food made us all sick. If they did the proper thing, since this all turned out so poorly, they'd at least give me some type of a discount. If they don't, they will be turned into the health department, and more , this is all highly inexcusable, we demand at least a 10-20% discount.
The food was amazing and the portion sizes were HUGE. My husband and I will likely be frequenting this location.
I've been to several locations and this one by far the worst. Food definitely didn't taste fresh the chicken was dry and kinda cold. Never got a refill on my drink, over all experience wasn't really great.
Food is amazing and fast service every time I’m there. Servers are friendly and not too prices about 50 with tip for dinner for 2.
If you're anywhere in the Kentuckiana area and haven't been to an El Nopal, have you lived? Our go-to items are Queso, Chicken Chimichangas, Nachos with Beef and Beans, and a Jumbo Lime Margarita ? on the rocks, with salt
I've been to several different locations, but this one was different. The side portions were much larger and the service was fast and friendly and attentive, but the carnitas were dry and not seasoned very well . Overall I'm guessing the speedy service was due to the time of day I visited, however I'm not sure that the freshness had anything to do with the time of day moreso than the carelessness of the kitchen staff. Great service, reasonable pricing, management watch your kitchen more closely.
As all Elnople restaurants the food was served hot and it was delicious I recommend most all El nopal at least for the ones that I have been to and the beer is always good
I went here to eat it was horrible! I ordered a stake taco on corn Tortilla. When I received my food the stake taco had a table spoon of meat an WAY to much Onion and Cilantro. The corn tortilla was NOT cooked at all. I told the man that took my order. He tells me that "Meat is to Expensive" An "that I can go home an try to make stake tacos for $4.25". He was so nasty an rude. I eat there often an he is the only one that is ALWAYS NASTY AN RUDE. I have ordered that stake taco before with another sever an its not a table spoon of meat an the corn tortilla is cooked Properly.HE REALLY NEED TO BE FIRED!!
Great management, great customer service, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our food.
The food was not good at all. Very plain, no vegetables at all. Had a burrito nothing but hamburger in a tortilla shell with enchilada sauce on it and few sprinkles of cheese no cheese sauce. Was very disappointed.
