I ordered extra sauce pepperoni and there was very little sauce. The boxes were crushed and the guy put our food on the ground, (not a no contact delivery). He was also on the phone the entire time of the delivery, his only words after my husband handed back the receipt (writing in the tip) was, “stupid phone” and then he walked away. Don’t make the same mistake as us by giving them multiple chances, obviously they really do not care!
Ordered pizza from here and it was canceled with no explanation.... Sounds bad right? The next day I received a call asking if it was explained why my order got canceled I said no and they said they would contact the store and refund me. Cool, but still a bit annoying. Next day I got a text from what I believe was the manager apologizing and explaining they were short staffed which I understand completely the manager assured me they would fix the issue and refund the order. This store went above and beyond to fix the issue and I appreciate that communication was excellent and they were very polite and helpful. I wasn't even going to complain but they realized their own mistake and fixed it without being prompted. Thank you guys
Have had multiple issues with this place whether it's toppings that are wrong, delivery time being really long, not answering the phone when it's been 2 hours since I placed my delivery, or the customer service. Many times I've called and a lady answers the phone with a bad attitude. The delivery drivers are great and always say what's going on to inform us on the delay, but whoever is working inside the store itself needs lots of improvement.
No stars! This is required to post. But I give negative 15 stars. I ordered two sandwiches 2 hours ago. No word. No update. No answer at the store location. My money went out of my account in less than 30 seconds, but two hours later no sign of a sandwich. No one will answer the phone at that location. Never again! Worst experience ever. If you want to stay hungry and throw your money into the wind, order from the Charlestown Rd Dominoes.
Store is very dirt. I ordered a pizza for pickup and the store was extremely dirty. It was really bad.
Delicious as always. We had to go to the one on Charlestown Rd cuZ the one in Clarksville is closed, but may just start going there anyways. Their seemed much better
Took over an hour to get my meal and didn’t even bring my pizza with them. And the food I did get was ice cold like it had been sitting outside.
We have been waiting for our pizza for over an hour and on hold for 20 mins waiting for someone to answer!!! Don’t order from here
For months now, they've only had 1 driver. My pizza took 2 hours to get to me yesterday, and we only live 2.7 miles away. The pizza was luke warm, box was smashed. You shut something down when you're that short staffed. Won't be ordering from domino's for a long time
Domino's is my GoTo Fav when I don't want to leave the house. It's never dissapointing.
