Stopped in State St. DQ Drive through Monday afternoon 4/25 about 4:30 pm. There were 2 vehicles in line ahead of me. 10 minutes later we had NOT MOVED. As I was about to leave the car at the head of the line pulled forward. 4 MINUTES later it was my turn at the order intercom. I humorously asked the clerk if I might have a free Blizzard as I'd been in line 15 MINUTES. She replied "We don't do that, sir". Ordered 6 piece Chicken strip basket, ONION RINGS rather than fries, iced tea and Ranch dressing. Cost was $12.94 due to OR substitution. Unfortunately I didnt check the box when it was handed out to me. When I opened it 10 minutes later at home no Onion Rings but fries instead. Toast and chicken were cold. I've been a regular customer there for years. NO LONGER. I'M DONE Will not patronize again. Store was not busy and these are the staffers demanding $15 an hour. One star is one too many
Only car in drive-thru. Was asked to hold, held for almost 5minutes. Asked again to hold in the middle of an order, waited for them again for another 5minutes. After we made it to the window we drove off after waiting almost 8min because they never opened their window so we could pay ?. This was around 2:40pm 4/28. They in their playing around this DQ is a MESS
the one on state street is slow as usual, but that grilled chicken sandwich hot on outside cold as ice and tough as shoe leather in the middle that was bad... yuck..
I ordered a 1/2 pound burger, paid for a 1/2 pound burger, and received a 1/4 pound burger. I ordered a honey mustard and did not receive it.
Went through drive-thru they gave wrong order, giy said go to park at a parking space and he would bring my order out and never got my order. I will not be back
I ordered grilled chicken and got a crispy sandwich it tasted about as good as a gas station chicken sandwich. Fries were old and soggy. And the price on the menu was like 2 dollars cheaper than what it rang up to. I personally won't be going back.
I love this place. But it hasn't been the same since Covid 19 started.
The meal was delicious and so was the French Vanilla Moo-Latte. Just loved that latte.

This place is a joke!!! I go to this location every single Saturday to get breakfast for my family. I understand that they are short staffed and I know that there will be longer than usual wait times etc. However, today I arrived 14 mins till 11am...they supposedly serve breakfast until 11am on weekends, and was told that they were all sold out of ALL breakfast items and they would have to issue me a refund!!! Ridiculous that I spent nearly 20 mins waiting in drive-thru only to be told they cant fullfill my order and the charge had to be refunded back to my debit card. Now everything in town has stopped serving breakfast all together and my family wont have be eating breakfast. I will NOT be returning next Saturday or any other day!!! This was pure laziness and a lack of customer service/appreciation.
