This restaurant is terrible , the website says they close @12 I get there @10:40 sat at the speaker for 5 minutes nothing , so I pull around to the window and one of the workers it was a women I believe heavy set and long hair and a black guy and I sat at the window for 10 minutes asking if they where closed and they just hide in the back and didn’t say anything. So after so long of sitting there knocking on the window instead of coming to the window and unlocking it to say they are closed they just shouted from the kitchen yes they are closed. That is so unprofessional and false advertising and if you are supposed to be open till 12 you should make sure your staff serve the customers or change the time online.
Closed the drive thru at 8pm, early. Then the manager blocked me in while the drive thru attendant said we’re not taking anymore orders.So I had to wait through the 6 cars in front of me just to get out of the drive thru because I was blocked in. Wouldn’t open the door, wouldn’t respond on the drive thru. Terrible ?I won’t ever be back.
went there just now as it says they are open and a woman with glasses low key stocky looked at me and shrugged and walked away , never came back they didn’t take my order at speaker so i pulled up to ask if they were closed as she then proceeded to shrug and walk away i knocked on the window and no answer even tho i could see them in there she finally answered after 15 mins of not saying anything saying they were closed but 4 days ago they updated their website and said it was open till 12
Food was okay I was more or less mad the app let me think I could use this deal it had listed just to realize this location didn't except. Would of been nice to know from the beginning wouldn't of ordered there. But drive thru was pretty quick and the food was warm.
The drive thru lady was rude to say the least. Why is it when you nicely ask for sauce with your chicken nuggets you don't ever get it. Then when she tells you pull forward she'll bring it out to you she catches an attitude because you ask if you put your sauce in the bag. Only two stars because food was good but service was ugh...
They do a good job. The place is kept clean and the parking lot. I always love the food. ?
I wait every morning a half hour or more and they are supposed to open at 6 they don’t!!! The manager was in the window when I went by just starting at me with head set around his neck!!!! Won’t be going there again!!they won’t turn their lights on either
Been to burger boy a few times. The cook is still the same on third shift from a few months ago and he has gotten so much better. He is slammed Everytime I am there but stays killin it!! The cashier on the other hand I could tell was new but seemed like she never worked a food job... She asked if I wanted ranch with my onion rings lol odd very odd but funny lol
The whopper is one of my fav burgers. Prefer their fries too.
The food was really good....but the employees were terribly rude to one another. They were nice to us, but they were screaming at each other behind the counter. You could cut the tension with a knife!!
