This place is really neat. I love the look of their building and the inside too. They have those crazy milkshakes that people say it is really good but huge! I did not order milkshake because it was too much for one person, it would be nice to share with other. I ordered very simple ice cream. I have S'mores ice cream and it is delicious. I will come back again for more.
Ordered the Orange Cream Dream Boomshake and it was delicious! Will definitely be back to try their other flavors especially the Big Red float ?
First time here and my kids was so excited but that quickly changed. The inside is super small and was super packed , my son wanted the “party like it’s your birthday “ shake but if u get it to go All the toppings come in a separate container . That defeats the purpose!!! Kids want to be handed this huge shake with all the stuff on top. $15 for a regular milkshake that I have to “put together “ myself ??? No thank you! Either move to a bigger building or come up with a way to take the shakes to go already put together ?♀️
We couldn’t even enjoy Boomtown even after driving from a good distance. Your hours online were not the same as the hours posted when we got there. We even killed an hour driving around waiting for it to open only to realize that it opened an hour later and we couldn’t stay another hour waiting. We were very disappointed. I hope you changed your hours posted online to reflect your actual Hours of operation. It was supposed to be a spring break treat for my kids.
Yummy ice cream!! We had to take it to go, because there weren't enough seats and it was too cold to sit outside, but I was very impressed that they put all the extras in a separate bowl so that it wouldn't all spill walking to our car!! The ice creams are huge and only about half were eaten, but the girls loved them!!
These were some ridiculously giant "boomshakes"! Basically 4 desserts apiece, they'd be perfect for sharing on a date.Check the price tag first (we didn't) - at $14.99 apiece, you may not choose to let your 4 year old order one...Otherwise, I highly recommend the Kentucky Praline Pecan.

An ice cream shop that really serves! The employees were super sweet and the icecream itself was very good and had beautiful presentation. It's a cozy place and I would definitely go again, alone or with friends.

Expensive. 2 tiny pieces of cookie dough in 3 scoops of ice cream. All tables smeared with dried ice cream. Sprinkles everywhere. Napkins on the floor. Hideous pop-country music played excruciatingly loud.Friendly service, though.Never again.
