I was a frequent customer until today. I will NEVER return. The girl/host that seated me was very rude. She had an attitude, as if she couldn’t care less about me, the customer. As if I interrupted her day. When I first entered, she grabbed here pad and while she was walking away, she said, “FOLLOW ME!”She basically tossed my silverware on the table, spun around and while walking away she said, “GO AHEAD!”I immediately walked back to the register and announced to her and the cashier that I was leaving because of her rudeness. She looked at me like, HUH? WHAT?I then very politely explained, what she very rudely did and that I used to come here all the time, but after this, I will NEVER come here again. It’s very sad, actually it’s pathetic that a person (the host), can’t treat someone (the paying customer) with some decency and respect.I have received much more courteous and friendly service at Taco BellYes, I will be sharing this with everyone that I know. Yes, your very rude “host” just caused many lost customers that will never return.
My Boyfriend and I love eating here he also eats frog legs and shrimp and vegetable fried rice and chicken and other stuff but I get peanut butter ? and stuffed clams and frog legs and shrimp and sweet tea no ice and my Boyfriend gets lemonade ? with ice
Food was mislabeled. And cold. all good was on plate. We asked for check. She asked why we didn't eat I said all the food Is cold she touched it and agreed got her manager. Manager was super duper rude. I mean I wasn't even as upset as her and I was the one paying for cold unate food. She slammed down my recipet. And knocked 4 dollers off 30.00. her attitude was as bad as the food. Also they normally serve cheese tots. It was labeled cheese tots.i took a photo after realizing it was corn tots. I'm unfortunately allergic to. And she ARUGED. Well good thing I had my epy pen. They need to label correctly and check food temps. And check attitudes.
Food was hot, but that's about all the good we experienced. Rice was dry, veggies uncooked, and my grandson's cookie had a hair baked inside!! Never going again.
I love a good buffet. Lots of choices. I don't generally like crowds, but you know the food will be hot when they're busy ?
Maybe just a bad timing but wasn't great tonight. Some items bland. Nothing made me go yum these are good. Other buffets in our area are slightly better.
This place is pretty good, people. Their buffet has a nice variety and has always been hot and fresh each time I've been. It's clean and there isn't a bunch of dropped food scattered on the bar like I have seen at some places that offer buffet. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Prices are comparable and maybe even a bit less expensive than other buffet restaurants like this one. Basically, you like this genre of food- just go try this place. Enjoy, folks✌?
We went less than an hour before closing and food was still good. They were very nice and offered to make us anything we wanted fresh. Would recommend, especially during standard hours.
When in New Albany, this is our go to Chinese joint. Food is usually fresh, and the selection is good. Sushi is OK. Service is fine. Price is higher now post covid, but so is everyone else. I am giving a 5 star not because they are stellar, but because they are consistent, and make no promises beyond that. They are what they are, and I go back frequently.
Food was good with great selections. The floor under our table and the one next to us was extremely slick, couldn't tell why but each time I got up I was concerned of slipping and falling but I did enjoy the food. Would definitely return.
