Messed up my whole order went back to get replacement still was not rite told me to come in for a coupon like I done wasted enough gas
I asked for a just * meat and cheese bacon cb.it came w no bacon,mayo, mustard and looked burnt. tf
They have new Strawberry Salad that is soooo good. I also enjoyed my strawberry Frosty
They have trouble getting order in bag correctly. If they are out of nugs they only give you what they have. If you don't count you will be short. When you tell them you were short you always have to wait for new ones to cook. Hmmm..
They have two windows and only ever make the person in the first one work. Even if someone is sitting in the 2nd all they do is take money. Which leads to one person taking orders and giving food. It turns into the slowest drive through ever.

I’ve Never seen Such Incompetence in a Fast Food Restaurant. Dave Would Be Very Upset. Literally 9 Out of 10 times That I Have Been Here, I Have Had Some Sort of Issue or Another. (McGalliard Location). Unless You Get a 2 Hour Lunch Break, Don’t Bother Coming Here. It’s Like a Circus. Employees, Including the Manager, Playing and Goofing off as if There Aren’t 6 Customers Waiting to Either Have Their Order Taken, or Get Their Food. Very Unorganized. And Very Unprofessional. With The Younger Employees Fighting Over Who The Cup Belongs to or Who Lost The Ticket Order, Maybe The Real Manager Should Come in and Get The Place in Line. With What I’ve Experienced on My Visits, I Find it Hard to Trust to Eat There Anymore.
Order is never right and waited 30 minutes this time for my food. Had to actually go in to get after being asked to pull up to wait.
We were the only ones at the counter but they took almost 10 minutes to wait on us. When they did there was no comment or apology for keeping us waiting. When we finally got our sandwiches, they were a big disappointment. The 3 sandwiches we ordered as having bacon barely had any bacon on them . I'd say there was maybe 2" maximum size single piece. One drink machine was out of several different flavors and varieties and the other was warm and had no ice. We have eaten at this Wendy's many times over the years but I don't know if we'll go back.
