I ordered through mobile ordering and waited 30 MINUTES and still no food, while car after car got their food through the drive thru. Incompetent.
My Asiago chicken sandwich was RAW! Be careful…
Quality really bad. Cold fries, Dr Pepper didn't taste right, Chicken sandwich overcooked and dry. Strawberry Frosty was the only thing they didn't mess up.
It's typical fast food not much else to say about it. Albeit we like Wendy's compared to other fast food places.
Great Wendy's store, everything was made order, food and staff were excellent, especially the cook !!!!
My husband want something,fast in and out this place was extremely clean , well taken care of we ate in would recommend this place,over McDonald's any day.
Ordered salad said no meat. Twice normal amount in the salad and does not even look like is cooked all the way. Why is it so hard to get an order right?
I don't know what has happened at this location but how do you add chicken and serve a Salad the the drive thru that has wilted and slimy lettuce in it and not notice? I think quality control is at an all time low at this location. Sad because it's closest to Yorktown
I went inside to order food. Ordered my food a certain way, it was on the receipt correct. My sandwich had other stuff on it, that I didn't want. Big confusion going on with your help! Messed 2 orders in a row at tbe counter, they went from fixing my mistake to the newer mistake. Dave would not be happy with this at all! Got money back.
They have on the bag " hot fries guaranteed" and the last 4 times they have been blah. Not hot, not crispy...just sad. I don't eat out very much and Wendy's is about the only place I go because of their fries....so now I'm done, and the inside was closed so I couldn't go back in and get hot ones. I thought it was open or I would have done it at the window, I didn't want to ruin other people's food waiting on them to correct mine. Just sorry food.
