Went through the drive thru, ask for a fresh order. Ok. They had me pull forward for 5 minutes. When my order was brought out nothing was fresh. I hate soggy fries and old nuggets so I went back inside and asked for fresh food. The front counter person had the nerve to try and convince me the fries and nuggets were fresh. This was a case of laziness and the people who work here are lazy. And gaslighting. Never coming back here again
Very rarely give you the condiments that you ask for, and they hardly get an order correct.
It was truly the most horrible experience at any Wendy's that I've ever been to the floors were nasty the tables weren't wiped off and the trash cans were full and I asked them to wipe off the table and she rolled her eyes and said GD.
Dirty not except able. Floor mats on tables never cleaned or sanitized after. Told them they told me to mind my business. Filthy dirty reporting to the board of health and Wendy's corp. Warning don't go there
They can not keep strawberry frosty's in stock to save thier lives and they don't even bother to put a note on the drive thru saying they are sold out. So you sit in line for 10 or minutes then find out.
Their new chicken sandwiches were really good! I'm not sure if they are limited edition or not
Generally love, and choose over other fast food places. Love ordering on the app. Best fries.. when hot. Gonna have to pause, hold line up, check, and take them up on their guarantee in the future.
I was very disappointed in this order. I ordered 6 piece nuggets and fry. The nuggets were extremely old and almost cold, and so hard I couldn't eat them. I feel like since the pandemic, fast food places have gotten complicit. Really discouraging, and I won't give them my hard earned money anymore since they obviously don't care about customer service, or selling EDIBLE food
I ordered a sprite, chives and sour cream baked potato, and a parmesan chicken salad. I received a strawberry flavored sprite, no straw, no sour cream, no parmesan crisps, and my chicken was not cut. This was all given to me in a bag that was ripped down the side. Very disappointed
