My husband and I went on Sat. 21st around 530pm. We were the only ones in line. Girl working was rude acted like we were bothering her and didn't want to wait on us. As we're standing there 2 other customers came in walk right in front of us and starts ordering. I said we were here first the worker just stared at me and ignored me, and continued to wait on the other people. We have never encountered experience here before like this. We walked out, probably lost our service

The food was worthy of the price. They're loaded potatoes are really loaded with lots of fixings.
We ordered two one scoop bowls through doordash and instead of contacting us when they where our of one of our requested flavours they instead doubled the other request [which was not even close to the same order, it had different toppings and ice cream flavours]Really disappointed at the lack of customer service
Last year I went to barking cow frequently! The food was consistently delicious and the staff was always knowledgeable on their menu in both ice cream flavors and food items. This year's opening was much much different. This was my second time going as the first time was a let down and I refused to not give it another shot. Both times I've had questions about the menu that no one could answer regarding what toppings came on food items and what ingredients were in flavors of ice cream such as Eskimo kisses. The menus are not priced correctly and they have no blocked out any prices on their menus from last year. Both times I have not seen one adult in sight. All kids with an attitude about answering questions or getting extra ranch. Feeling super sad about a place that has so much potential in muncie. Will give another try later in the year in hopes of better management and food quality.
The ice cream was delicious and was very affordable. I like that you can get samples before you choose what you wantI’d recommend the Eskimo kisses
Fantastic ice cream and a touch of local nostalgia. This ice cream business is more than ice cream. Lots of options here. I purchased the Apple shortcake and it is a new new favorite of mine. Here are some pictures of the inside of the business. It’s really nice and clean. I can’t wait to bring the kids.
I love getting the milk buckets and the food I’ve had has always been good. I would love to give 5 stars, but the worker who was giving me my milk bucket picked a straw up without gloves and handed it to me. I just wish they had to wear gloves or hand it to customers w a napkin when it comes to handing out unwrapped straws. Was a Little disappointed on this one, not gonna lie.
Amazing food and even greater ice cream and service! ?? I always enjoy getting a walking taco and a pint or two to take back home. ?
