My friend didn’t wanna go at the first place. But before we went, I said“Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant. How bad it could be?” Well, this location make me wanna take my words back.?Killer Rib App:Like BBQ rib. Little dry.?Sirloin & Shrimp?:Shrimps were Okay. But the steak, I ordered medium. That was closed to be well done.?Salmon: Lemon pepper butter is a good match. But salmon is something supposed to be well done. It was still raw in the middle.?Sides that come with meals: ?sweet potato was good. Chili was good. ?Seasoned rice disappointed. Service: Nothing to talk about. Couple people did come check on us. So, Okay? I would say.
We would have spent well over $100 with our party of 8, who came from Iowa and North Carolina, but we were first seated in a table appropriate for 4 maximum. When we asked to be moved, we were then seated at two tables that they refused to pull together, and after telling us one table didn't have a server. After being seated for only a couple minutes, the manager then came over and told us we needed to be seated again because another party needed to sit there (who came in after us). We were treated very rudely and they did nothing to help accommodate our two elderly family members. At this point we decided to leave. If I could give zero reviews I would.
Used the call a head seating. Received the text to come in, then was made to wait behind guests who arrived after us. Then was shown to a dirty table. Then was told we would have to wait until the table was cleaned when there were easily 8+ empty booths. Finally shown to our table which was not the original. The hostess did not seat us with rolls as is customary. Waitress was good. Husband's meal was great. Came as ordered. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib medium rare. It came medium well to well and my sweet potato was cold. I sent back the prime rib only to have it returned to me and told that's all there was. I ended up speaking to the manager who was really nice. I rarely if ever send anything back. But the meal was $22 and all I ate was the salad. They ended up bringing me a sirloin on the house. While the manager made things right, which I appreciated, I was still not to happy with the initial service and product.
Despite it being extremely busy, our visit was great. Me and my husband had Cameron M. as our server and she was amazing. She was very kind, efficient, and handled everything amazingly and professionally. She made our visit awesome. Love the food, but the music is at ear splitting decibels, and with people trying to talk over it, it really makes for a negative dining experience, perhaps you could turn it down during daylight hours...we are out with friends and family and can't even have a conversation, currently trying to dine at the lone in Muncie Indiana, noise level is making me very uncomfortable
Normally I would give 5 stars when the food and service is great. But the steak was only good after they had to bring me a new one. I asked for well done. It was pitch black burnt to the point it was curling over itself. Also the baked potatoes, what's the thing with smothering them in salt? I wish I knew the salt thing I would have asked for em not to use salt beforehand. I hate wasting food. The grilled shrimp and drinks are great. The food became better after it was replaced.

Well I am not one to leave a bad review even if the service is terrible not this establishment deserves one. Sunday night 03/13/2022 I ordered a pick up to go order online. The order was set to be done at 8:45pm and I waited until 9pm before they brought it out. After leaving I stopped and checked my order just to make sure it was all correct. It was not. I paid $30 worth of food and received 1 single meal that was $11.49. I called and spoke with a manager, it was a gentleman and he was very polite. He took my name and my email and stated that he would be issuing me a credit to my email that I could use at a later time. 2 days later and I have yet to receive said email. I have called a handful of times and while waiting for a manager they have hung up on me. I’ll call again and same thing happens, I get hung up on while waiting on hold. At this point it is not even about the money, it is about the HORRIBLE customer service that is being shown throughout this entire experience. Your employees messed up an order and you can’t make it right? Pathetic.
rolls was hot and steak was awesome and service was great
