Muncie Taco Bell is by far the best one to ever visit....super clean and the ppl are very respectable unlike any of Marion In Taco Bells!!
A quick fix went through driveup had to pull around front for order no problem but they forgot beef burrito Supreme and no sauce or reciept will go back if it's convenient
Chase that works there was very personable and went beyond and above to be of help to us. His customer service was flawless and superb. Felt like I was an upscale restaurant with him behind the counter and not Taco Bell. The music over the speakers was awesome,the food was very good. Disappointing that I didn't get a taco pizza but it's all good. Love the visit we had that day?
Food is good service is good little slow but I know everyone is short staffed so no judging
The food is always great! We tried something new and it was fabulous! The fajitas with cheese (I don't remember the name) is so good! Staff is always friendly and courteous. What made me smile was one of the staff was working with a child on their English speaking (their homework?) In-between customers. This is a very family friendly restaurant!
I never leave bad reviews but this happens basically every.single.time i come through this drive through on Morrison road in Muncie In with a specific employee. At the speaker I always aske for EIGHT HOT SAUCE packets. I do this at the speaker because EIGHT sauce packets are what I require & if I need to pay for them, SO BE IT, I give you the opportunity to charge me. It is always the same woman that shorts me... today I drove off because I did not feel like dealing with her attitude when I ask for the correct amount. Please correct this or correct the employee that deliberately ignores the wishes of a paying customer then gets an attitude when asked to correct her mistake.
Drove thru line is way too short and slow, food was tasty and hot
Waited 10 mins for one order of 3 pack tacos, way slow and worried about drink choices for someone at the drive thru while I waited inside. Meat was cold yuck.
Ordering off the app or website is next to impossible... your best bet if you want a customized order is go in and order on the pads they have set up, wait a few minutes for them to call your name
Nothing negative to say about the restaurant or staff. It’s a standard Taco Bell. Good food.My only problem is they ALWAYS have a long line of cars at the drive thru! I mean always!
