I frequent this Subway for lunch, as it is close to my job. I always order the same sandwich. I asked for the veggies to be lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickle and onion. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich, I had lettuce, pickle, and about a half a container of black olives on my sandwich. When I called to let them know, I was told the only way to get a replacement was to bring the sandwich back for them to remake it. I was already back at work so there was no way I could go back down there to have them do that. I personally think that is a horrible way to run a business. It is not my fault whatsoever that my sandwich was improperly made. I would have been happy with them offering me a free sandwich or at least my money back. I paid $10 for a sandwich I just threw away. I will NEVER go back to this subway again. The customer service I experienced here today was the worse I've had from any subway. Do better!
Last few times I've gone to this subway it was terrible. They messed up the order then took forever to fix and still messed them up again putting pepper jack cheese on our sandwiches. I think the kids making them were really high.
The staff was friendly and did great despite being understaffed. I appreciate that they did a great job while doing so much.
Stopped in the drive-thru. Super fast and easy! Sweet girl working drive-thru. Brianna Was very polite. Highly recommend for a good sub.
Ordered steak and cheese wrap was givin a wrap with no cheese snarky girl running the drive thru argued with me saying I didn't order cheese receipt say I did....either way not sure how hard it would have been to give me the cheese but she argued with me and said I didn't order it ...management needs to look into her attitude
Tucked away location, clean store, good employees...typical all bread and veggie sandwich. #typical, but no compaints. e
Go at 9:15pm they close at 9:30 they locked the doors and turn people away regardless of their business operating hours. Owner needs to hire better employees. This is one of the reasons subway is struggling lazy unmotivated workers closing early bc they want to leave

Went with our middle school class on a field trip on 12-10-2021 and the team that day was SO awesome! Our group of kids were welcomed and treated with respect and so much kindness it warmed our hearts. Thank you! (I told y'all in person, but everyone else should know, too!)
Best customer service out of all the subways I have been to, including the other ones in muncie.
